Had an issue with my insurance and the customer help line was easy and fast helping me sort my issue straight away. Penny from customer support was a great help and treated me with care and respect when sorting my issue.

Overall I would say this is definitely one of the best insurance companies, the price was the best quote I received. I have a black box on my 1.6L Peugeot 308 and I feel that it isn’t too restrictive of how I drive and doesn’t throw an absolute tantrum if I drive back after a night out for example which is nice.

Customer support is amazing, always really happy to help and quick to answer.

Maybe it’s the same with all companies but I still feel as though the price for updating mileage is still very high which is why I didn’t give this a 5 star. It cost me £50 to get an extra 1k miles from 4k - 5K.

I recently was going to loose my insurance. But ticker is great so are the staff.

Cancelled my policy 4 days after buying without any warnings whatsoever. Payed £2200 and only received £2000 back for 4 days. Very harsh on young drivers recommended to stay away from them. DO NOT GO WITH TICKER

Worst unsurance company :
They canceled my insurance policy because the device is off even i already informed them that my van was broken for few months . No contact number to call . The only way is to use chat which take hours to respond . The funniest part in all of that they took the money from my card one day before they cancelled the insurance. Theremorefore, they request extra fees which is £120 without providing me the breakdown . Their rules are made just to scam people . Even 1 star is too much for that Tricky Ticker
