We are delighted with our new Gaby garden furniture. It is excellent quality, very sturdy and a good weight so won’t move around, as it can get very windy where we live. It looks very smart & modern. The delivery company were excellent. They were very polite and friendly, kept us informed of progress and delivered to our chosen place.

Ordered garden furniture which seems nice but yet to be able to get it out of the packaging which is completely over the top - loads of plastic and I’m now left with a huge amount of non sustainable waste. Also included a massive piece of wooden board that it is going to cost me to dispose of.

Easy to navigate website, lovely garden furniture made from woods and metal which is what I was looking for. A little more expensive than I was planning to spend but the tabel and chairs I bought I feel were very good value as they're beautifully constructed from sustainable teak and metal, elegant designs and fantastic durable quality - should last for years. Items chosen had a 4 week wait for delivery (as told when ordering) - they arrived on the day/hour they said they would. Well packaged however wish all the packaging was cardboard/paper and more recyclable (only apx 14% plastic placed in recycling bins is actually recycled).

I wanted to cancel an order and I phoned and spoke to a member of staff Lucee. I was so impressed by Lucee’s professionalism, customer service and lovely manner. It was such a refreshing change these days. She sorted the cancellation out very quickly and sent me written confirmation. Thanks Lucee for all your help.

Great quality and style. I ordered the Bodi solid oak column and sideboard.

My experience with the delivery of the products was also really good. The goods came quickly with clear tracking and a three hour window timeslot.

I contacted Munro in the customer services department with a query and they resolved it quickly and I was very satisfied.

Excellent service overall

Gorgeous garden bench! The colour is a vibrant orange and adds a much needed colour to the garden whilst waiting for the flowers to bloom. Delivery took a few days longer than advertised but the bench was packaged extremely well and the delivery drivers carried it into the house so I could unpackage it before taking it into the garden. Everyone comments on how lovely it is, thank you!

These guys are first class. We ordered a large wooden table with them. Over a year later there was an issue with one of the slats and they have sent a new replacement.

I don’t often leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience with Tikamoon.

The Kubu rattan chest I ordered unfortunately arrived with a fault. While this was disappointing, the issue was handled well from the outset. After I contacted customer services and sent photographs, the team reviewed everything promptly and arranged a replacement without any difficulty.

Communication throughout was clear, professional and helpful. I was kept updated on the next steps and felt that the team genuinely wanted to resolve the issue as smoothly as possible.

No one wants to receive a faulty item, particularly when purchasing furniture online, but problems can happen. What matters is how they’re dealt with, and in my case Tikamoon made the process straightforward and stress-free.

The replacement was arranged quickly and the customer service I received gave me confidence in the company. Based on this experience, I would happily order from Tikamoon again and would recommend them to others.

Delivery time was very slow and the item was delivered in multiple boxes on different days, so all a bit confused. The table itself was not well made - many of the screw holes don't line up, and as it's rigid steel there's very little give. We brute forced it using half the number of screws recommended (distance between screws varied on straight pieces designed to be fixed together - inexplicable!) and it's useable but I wouldn't buy a thing from them again

UPDATE: after posting this review they kindly got in contact, noted the problems wee not acceptable and gave me a 10% discount. They also offered full refund if I returned, but it was too much effort for me to want to dismantle and return so I took the discount. This seemed reasonable to me. Increased from two stars to four to reflect the response.

Lucie was superb in resolving out albeit small issues with our sideboard and extremely sensible and reasonable to deal with.

Once again Tikamoon customer services outstanding, regarding a item I purchased within the past week, I received a email from Tikamoon yesterday telling me there was a sale on goods and free delivery when I looked my item I purchased was in that sale .I sent Tikamoon customer services a email stating this and the difference I would have paid , With in a day customer support contacted me regarding the matter and are going to reimburse me the difference as a gesture of goodwill.
What can I say the above says it for me my support person was Munro thank you .👌👍

Good communication with the company. Item very well packaged and the delivery team were efficient and took away all the packaging from the table. The table is solid and well built and the instructions were fairly easy to follow. I marked them down one star purely because of the time it took for delivery.

Spoke with Lucie about an issue regarding my order and the problem was solved within 5 Minutes :)

Ordered a metal garden bench. It took a while to arrive (presumably made to order, which was complete acceptable), but was worth every penny. Beautiful design, great quality and superbly packed to protect the metal during international transit. Couldn’t fault it and would happily order again from Tikamoon.
