They don't reply to emails or requests for samples. It's like they don't exist. If this is the start, I imagine the aftermath is the same as the other negative reviews. I'm glad I saw these reviews.

Delivery cost far too expensive
Nice quality tiles and the free full size sample was super helpful.
However the delivery cost was not proportionate to the number of tiles we ordered, basically the same price as the tiles & a tub of adhesive, which is exorbitant.
2.5 (20cmx20cm) boxes and a 15l tub of adhesive should not cost £60 delivery. Won’t be using these guys again.

Money and order taken even though item not in stock
I ordered and paid for my tiles which were showing plenty in stock. I selected my delivery date and received a confirmation for the order and delivery.
This confirmation stated a further communication would follow when my order is dispatched.
I took time from work and was waiting for delivery on my opted date. At 11am I decided to call to check expected time of arrival as no dispatch email yet received.
Advised at this point that the tiles were out of stock. They have still taken my money though and have made no attempt to communicate with me regarding this.
I requested a refund which in fairness was processed quickley but I am now left with a plumber booked and my chosen tiles not yet here!

Fast and Efficient.
A free sample is an absolute sterling idea. Helped us match a very old tile for a patch repair.
Sample arrived super quick and easy to place order for quantity required.
Order arrived quickly and well packaged. Though I thought the P&P was a [little] expensive - costing more than the tiles.
Other than that. Spot On. Would highly recommend.

Great service
Found this company online searching for a light grey metro tile, ended up ordering 3 samples to show a customer.
Samples arrived in a timely manner, showed the customer to select the tile.
She went for the “Jenson Grey Decor Brick tile 10x20cm”
Ordered the amount needed and they turned up a couple of days later.
Job booked in and installed
Customer is delighted as am I with the service level of tile.co.uk
