Booking delivery was a little bit confusing on the order process as it asked for a date then started talking about wider ranges of dates later, but customer service answered it quicker. Delivery was a day late in the end, but Palletways called to advise. The packaging was quite poor; would be good to see straps around them.

All that said, of the tiles I've seen so far (not opened all the boxes yet), they look lovely. Good customer service is key when things go to plan, so would use again. Also this was by far the best looking hex tile we found, even against the major name competitors.

We ordered some tiles for our kitchen, we had regular delivery updates and the tiles are very good quality. We noticed we have 15 tiles damaged and the customer service team were really helpful with sorting out a refund.will be using the company again!

I received my samples very quickly and in a lovely box with a handy QR code to place my order!

Good quality products, fast delivery service.

So impressed with Tile.co.uk they have a fantastic range. Got some free sample tiles and loved them. Some companies make you pay for a sample which just puts me off. Not Tile. Ordered floor and wall tiles from them. Delivery was brilliant. Delivered on the day it was meant to be and fortunately really early in the day (I appreciate that it is the luck of the draw and I got lucky). Packaged brilliantly. Ended up needing more tiles so put in a smaller order - they arrived next day. I am genuinely delighted with their service and they were super knowledgeable in answering questions about the product. Don't go anywhere else for your tiles!

I was really pleased with the way my sample tiles arrived and were packaged and I would of purchased all the tiles but the postage was too expensive which was such a shame as I really wanted to use tile.co.uk

I liked the tiles, but when I ordered them the postage was far too much. So I don't think I will order them.

Easy to use website, fast delivery, great price

The tiles are fine. It is the delivery service from Tile.co.uk that is a problem.

Costly, slow, inefficient and wasteful.

Very expensive. Had three times as many tiles delivered from another provider next day delivery at a third of the cost.
60£ is their standard pallet delivery charge. (In this case a pallet delivery was used even for three boxes of wall tiles)

This is not helped by their poor communication. The delivery is contracted out. And there is no through the line communication. (The delivery company do not reference the origin of the order. So it's very hard to track and organise)

Another irritation is the order is delivered curb side on a pallet. Fair enough. Three boxes. Off and in minutes. Before the driver even finished the paper work. However the driver will not take the palette away. And left with a perfectly good reusable pallet I imagine most customers do what we did. Throw it away. What a waste of resources. And absolutely undermines any green credentials Tile.co.uk might hope to claim.
