Design could do with improvements
Unfortunately I cannot use this as it’s too flimsy if it had the plastic all the way up the back maybe it would work better. Too flimsy for the price paid I feel it will snap holding a litre bottle and it did actually bend when I tried using it. ;(

We are sorry to read your review. We have spent over a year developing our stand to ensure it can withstand a pump and bottle efficiently. Having sold over 400 stands and using one ourselves we are confident they can hold the weight sufficiently. The plastic used is designed to have some flex rather than being rigid.

Brilliant first experience
Brilliant first experience. Communication was great and nothing was too much trouble, they went out of their way to help me. I absolutely love the stand, it's going to improve things for me dramatically. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect lightweight stand for all your feeding needs
Second purchase of a stand from Tilly's tubes and I can not recommend them enough. It gave me little boy the freedom to move around more freely due to the huge weight difference. Great customer service and the items are shipped and delivered quickly.

Order didn’t arrive
Really upset. My daughter has been home on oxygen for 2 weeks and have been unable to change her tapes because of waiting for my order. The shipping time started 2-4 business days however, I’m now on business day (not including the weekends) 11 and still no sign of my parcel. Won’t be ordering from here again and will be going to cheeky tapes instead.

We are really upset to read this review. Our website clearly states the estimated arrival date of your tape throughout the order process which was between 23rd-27th October, your order was dispatched on 23rd October and EVRI were unable to deliver for reasons out of our control on 26th October. We explained by email that our daughter was extremely ill in hospital but we were still trying to get your order out to you on time, which we did. EVRI services are out of our control but we do provide tracked delivery for this reason. We have also offered you a refund.
We are really sorry you are upset and disappointed as this is not how we want our customers to feel.
Lovely products
Lovely designs of NG tapes and so much choice!! We also loved the feed pump stand - it’s so much easier than the standard feeding bags you get as you can either use it as a stand by itself or stick in it a bag of your choice. Delivery was always so fast as well!

I think the stand is quite poor…
I think the stand is quite poor quality. Where the bottle is held by two thin straps isn’t sturdy enough I’ve not even gone to use it.
Couldn’t open the door to access the pump once bottle etc was in place.
