Timbersource Avis

Great service very friendly and delivered when they said they would.
The order was for multiple different sizes of timber which was double checked prior to order completion. Very satisfied and would use them again and recommend to anyone who needs specific types of timber.

This was my first time ordering from Timbersource. I'm always nervous when ordering online from a company for the first time, but I needn't have been.

I placed my order on Thursday 3rd October 2024, scheduling it to arrive on Monday 7th October 2024.

My order arrived on-time (via DX), very well packaged/protected, with high quality workmanship, and the dimensions were spot on!

I ordered 4x pieces of "Pine, Redwood, Scandinavian, Kiln Dried, Unsorted grade PAR - Planed All Round", in two different sizes. As I no longer have access to tools to cut and plane wood to size, I relied on Timbersource to do this for me. They didn't let me down!

From their friendly and helpful customer service, to their outstanding workmanship, and choice of courier (DX were fantastic), I couldn't be happier.

I can therefore thoroughly recommend Timbersource for your timber needs.

Timbersource is a company that you can trust. 11 out of 10.

Easy to use website, fast delivery, quality product

It was what i expected, thank you

Excellent service and product was delivered on time.

Excellent service have used this company a few times now and will continue to do so. Sent an enquiry on the last order and they got straight back to me with the answer. Also from order to delivery was very prompt.

Faster delivery than expected but the piece of timber had a considerable bow in it. Just as well thar I'm cutting it down to 200mm pieces!

I purchased a really rather small piece of timber from Timbersource and was concerned about how they could send it through the post without being damaged.
The item was so well packaged it arrived undamaged. There was no delay between my order and the delivery.
I had not shopped with them before but did so because I was unable to find an outlet who stocked the species of timber I required. I will have no hesitation to buy from them in the future. Great service.

Quick and easy website, and the sample box was a great option to decide on which woods to use

From start to finish there was a reassurance that the team had the customers needs in mind.

I needed a lot of Beech for an old house, doors, fracture, cabinets etc, an on going project. Very helpful and knowable people at Timbersource. Couldn't ask for a better service. Used them all this year and will continue to do so.
Thanks
Dave

My first time buying hardwood sight unseen and am super happy with the result. Chris at Timbersource was very knowledgeable and helpful in coming up with the most cost effective timber for my project. Thank you!

I needed a small piece of sapele for a door repair and didn't want a load of waste.
Flooring sample was just the job and arrived within 24 hours

The guy who helped me load couldn't have been more helpful. Sadly I didn't get his name

I've now used Timbersource's wood2size.com service twice. Both times the wood was cut really accurately in every dimension. In my case I was getting pine battens made. Price is very competitive with delivery included, and delivery itself is very fast. When I needed to query an order, customer service on the phone was great too. Will be using again for sure!

Product as advertised and delivered promptly.

Guys very helpful and quick replies to questions.
Prompt delivery too.

Service over and above what was asked. On time and exactly as required

Great quality product. Customer service was also excellent, as was delivery.

Not everything i ordered was in stock, which happens, but the company phone me to advise and gave me options, rather than just email like most companies do.

My solution was to get them to send me a wood of their choice in place of cherry after I explained what I wanted it for.

They were really helpful and human, which is rare at the moment.
