Terrible experience! I ordered my clock in January and it didn’t arrive until May! I wasted a lot of my time emailing and made 3 phone calls. I would not advise anyone to buy here!

How long do items take to receive from this company! The reviews talk about ‘fast’ delivery and great service and I’ve received neither! Sent 2nd message I agree with the review further down, is this a genuine company! Ordered item, that’s not pre order, on 27/9 and still no sign of it. Don’t bother ordering from this company, pay more and get the product you’ve ordered elsewhere.
Further, as per review below, you do not have 400 reviews on trustpilot!!! You have 8! And I’m sure they’re genuine reviews.

You have not sent any emails to me! And furthermore, people are entitled to share their experiences good and bad, unfortunately if you provide poor service and don’t communicate with your customers, some will take to the Internet to offer other customers the options of whether they buy from you or not. I think that trustpilot is a fair platform I’ve always found it really useful, I think your opinion of trustpilot is because you do not like having a bad experience shared with other potential customers. If I were a business I’d use it to make my business better! Lets face it your previous reviews suggest this it not the first time products have not been received from you.
I have emailed you back with copies of my attempted contact with the you with no reply from you, however I’ve purchased elsewhere so all that needs to happen now, is that you at least provide some service and refund me back asap having sat on my payment for the last month.

As clearly shown your are rude and incorrect, firstly I don’t have 3 different surnames I have my married name and my name at birth like mist married women! how absolutely rude you are! Secondly I did not get your email even in my spam because if I had I would have responded to it …doh!
Stop suggesting you sent an email because if you hadn’t had a reply from a customer for over 3 weeks did it not occur to you to reach out to them again if you allegedly did so in the first place. It’s interesting that you lam-blast trustpilot because you’ve had a review you don’t like. Look in the mirror at your service and how you have aired your laundry, maybe I should go to GDPR for your business telling a global audience I have 3 names which is not only untrue (Libellous) and 2 you have disclosed my personal information! If this review serves nothing else than you have proved you are not a nice company to deal with…..shocking! And thank you for emailing that you have refunded my order I paid you a number of weeks ago…..interest accrued? Hope you are better able to ‘service’ customers going forward and if you further disclose any of my personal information again I will take it further. You clearly like looking through peoples profiles….very odd behaviour.

UPDATE 25TH OCTOBER! we have refunded you this morning, this would have been the case if you had read your email we sent on the 2nd October 'Good afternoon, Lynda. I am so sorry, it looks like our stock was wrong and we no longer have this clock, is there an alternative at all?' you didn't email us, you didn't ring us, you joined an online chat that we can't monitor 24/7. You say we should have done many things in your lengthy review but if you check your email you will see that it was delivered to your inbox. We are only a small family run business and we do try our very best, I can see from your reviews to other companies that we will never change your mind and this is the perfect platform for you. We are so sorry that we couldn't full fill your order but we can't move forward with a situation when customers don't read or search their inbox. It also doesn't help when you are using three different surnames. The time it took you to write your scathing review could have been used to email or ring us. Again please accept my upmost apologies.

Good Evening, I am replying at this late hour because we value or customer service and reputation, Have you contacted us about this previously? we don't have any customer with your name, can you please email us and we will of course try our upmost to resolve this. the 400 reviews on our website are all 100% genuine from genuine customers! Trustpilot is not a fair platform at all because it allows people to write damaging and untruthful statements! You also don't mention the positive reviews on this site?

Fantastic service and great pricing for my new clock.
Fast delivery and the clock is nicer than I expected.

Great Karlsson Cuckoo Clock

I ordered a Karlsson "Cuckoo Clock from Timeframed it is available in lovely colours Black, White, Grey, Jungle Green and Olive Green, I ordered the Grey as it would match my room, I was told they were out of stock but that was fine and as soon as they were available it was dispatched to me very quickly, it is a lovely little clock, instead of the traditional cuckoo it has a little bird which tweets on the hour, it has been greatly admired by lots of visitors to my home and is a great talking point, the tweety bird stops at 9pm and starts again in the morning so it does not disturb you during the night, the customer service was excellent and the delivery very prompt ,as this is the second clock I have purchased from this company I would not hesitate in using Timeframed again

Excellent customer service

I really wanted a cuckoo clock but they were out of stock. The company managed my expectations and were honest about delivery times especially at peak holidays etc. I am so pleased I was patient as I love love love my clock. I had to go back to them to confirm some instructions I'd misplaced them, not their fault. They explained and sent me out some more.

I ordered my clock on 1st December

I ordered my clock on 1st December. It's now 15th January and there's no communication or sign of it. Not happy as paid for Express delivery and expected it a long time ago. Starting to worry this might be a hoax shop now???

Don’t trust this company

I ordered something special for my boyfriend for Christmas which said December delivery allow two weeks. I bought it 30 Nov so should have been here well in time for Christmas. Two weeks after my order I messaged asking about delivery and they said December no guarantee for Christmas. When I complained that they had said allow two weeks they said they never promised that and the ‘December delivery’ on the website sits above any automated email. They were not apologetic, they were not understanding they just pushed the blame on to me. I chased again Christmas week and was told January delivery. They asked if I would like a refund, I said no I’d like the clock… what comes into my inbox - a refund. So now it’s 5 days until Christmas and I don’t have a gift. I actually cried. I emailed straight back to be told I’m still on the priority list and will get the clock, they just don’t want to hold my money. How am I meant to trust them? I’m so demoralised but the whole experience.
