When I received the product and opened it I saw that the color was very obviously not what was depicted on their website when I ordered it. I submitted an email immediately and asked to return it for a refund. I was told they would not since the product was opened despite it being a product issue rather than someone just changing their mind. I responded that of course it was opened which is how I knew it wasn’t the color advertised. I just got the same response. Very poor customer service on their poor product as well. Dear time phoria, I do not understand your ethics.

The product has been opened. For reasons of hygiene, health, and safety, TimePhoria does not accept returns or refunds for items that have been opened, unsealed, used, or intentionally damaged. Once the product’s original factory seal is broken, the item cannot be returned because it cannot be refilled or resold.

However, if the reason is simply “change of mind” and the product is still sealed, Please note that return shipping costs, any customs duties that may apply, and other related fees will be borne by the buyer.

Please note that the color in the photo may appear slightly different when applied to the lips due to lighting, screen settings, and camera effects.

My order had sat at the distribution centre for 5 days before it was marked out for delivery. I contacted customer service and they offered me a blanket reply. When I finally received the order the colours all looked similar, not at all like what I chose online. They don't stay on at all. I wear lipstick everyday for work and this has got to be the worst brand that I own. I wouldn't buy it again, what a waste of time and money.

Order arrived pretty quickly, and products are good. Lip stain isn’t as good as all the Instagram posts make it out to be, but still better than most. Mascara and foundation have a funny smell, but apply nicely. Mascara looks absolutely amazing, but almost impossible to remove! I don’t know if this is a good or bad thing! I would probably order more products from this brand in the future.

I really love this brand! All products are good quality and lives up to the hype at tiktok reviews. Hopefully, they bring it in Australian market and not just for online shopping.

Customer Service so helpful

Do not buy from these guys under any circumstances. They send the wrong product and then won’t work with you for a return or a refund. Have been trying to get them to help me return their product after they sent me 5 of the same color and not only are they non communicative, but when they do decide to respond, all they do is tell you to keep waiting for a resolution. They are quick to take your money but won’t deliver on service and won’t take any responsibility for their errors. At the end of the day, they hope you just stop trying and they get to keep the money. Dishonest scammers. PayPal won’t protect you either as they have worked out how to game the system

Dodgy company.

I ordered more than 70 euro worth of goods based on many amazing insta reviews and in the end none of them got delivered. I was at home waiting for the package on the supposed delivery date with no doorbell rang or any packages in my mailbox. Yet the company insisted it was delivered based on the tracking system of the courier service.
In the EU, the merchant is responsible to follow-up with the shipping provider to make sure the customer received their goods and they didn't do any of that in my case.

If you do order from them then you're gambling basically. If shit goes south, good luck having Time Phoria supporting you. You're losing your money for sure.
After almost 2 months of back and forth communication I give up.
