Timeshare Advice Centre Avis 

The most annoying service in the world. They call several times a day however many times you block them. We refuse to pay money up front - if it's genuine they shouldn't need it just take a percentage once the job is complete.

Now this is borderline harassment, constant phone calls from different agents even though I told them I do not have a timeshare, I have never owned a timeshare! I was looking to buy one and hence this, please make this stop or I will seek legal representation over this

This company needs investigating, I am fed up of asking them to remove me from their database (that I never asked to be on), I get text's phone calls, as I block one they pop up again on different mobile numbers, with follow up texts
STOP CALLING ME!

Update 24 May. Having spoken to the ‘manager’ I was advised my records would be deleted. NOT the case! I’ve had 2 further calls from them.

This company harassed me constantly. Ive told them multiple times I do not want anything to do with them After each call I block their number, however its clear they farm work out to individuals who appear to call from their 'own' number. So blocking is fruitless. Ive emailed them, Ive responded to their SMS , but still they continue to ignore my requests. I have spoken to the company manager shared my contact details but still it happens

Sick to death of this company. Made an enquiry about my timeshare, then spoke to other lawyers to find out that TACs advice is ridiculous. I bought my timeshare from a third party and they advised me to put a claim into the timeshare company for mis selling !!! What an absolute joke. But now they call my phone 3-4 times a day !! I have asked every cold caller to remove my number and sent a complaint into the company but they just ignore it. This company are pathetic and unethical- do not make contact with them, you will regret it !!! I am going to take my complaint further to the ICO

I've changed my phone number to stop all spam calls as blocking doesn't work and they won't take no for an answer. After speaking to several independent solicitors, they all say the same that it is impossible to get compensation because either too much time has gone by with the finance company,or the company is in liquidation meaning there are no funds due to bankruptcy.
Anyone know any way to get money back I'm all ears!

I do not nor never have had a timeshare or holiday plan yet they constantly bombard me. I have made this clear, blocked them (they just call from another number) and send numerous text messages. There does not appear to be anything on their site where I can complain and texts are not from a number you can reply to. I have told everyone who phones I do not need their assistance and yet I still get calls. Am

Like all other entries, this company is a hard pressure sales organisation and continue to call even though we have asked them to stop. Currently receiving on average 4 calls a day on landline and 1 or 2 on mobile. All of our phones are on the TPS list not to call but still they persist. Compaint to TPS but the ICO seem to be too busy to take action.
If I could give them a lower review than 1 star I would!

Like all the other reviews I am continuously receiving calls and texts. I ended my timeshare contract 10 years ago and have repeatedly told them to stop contacting me.

Constant hounding from these people who do not even know I sold my Timeshare 7 years ago !

This company was dissolved in 2016 (uk government website confirmed this) then started trading under ecc-eu.com.
Same owner and same tactics.
I made enquiry re timeshare claim thinking no win no fee as advertised. Nope, they want money up front for legal fees. Misinformation on sales pitch ( wasn't a lawyer that tried to convince me but a sales person).
Really disappointed and no surprise I won't be using that company to pursue my claim.
Total waste of my time.
They'd better take my telephone number off their call list cos they call alot.

I am sick to death of this company continuously ringing me. I made an enquiry over six years ago but did not proceed with anything. Since then I have been receiving phone calls and texts on landline and mobile. I have lost count of the number of times I have told them to remove my details from their records. I have blocked their phone number on both phones yet I still received a phone call this morning and I again told him to remove my details. I no longer have a timeshare and am not interested in their services.

Keep calling me and harassing me, blocked number so now get mobiles calling me. Will report them to offcom and get them closed down for good

Fed up of getting phone calls on landlines and mobile from these scammers. Blocked numbers but now getting emails from them constantly.

They have been harassing my elderly mother relentlessly because she made the mistake of answering the first time they called. She has told them she does not need their services but once they found out she had a Timeshare property they refused to leave her alone and started terrifying her with stories of how much people who did not use themhad lost, and when she started blocking them they simply called her from other numbers. They have reduced this normally robust woman to tears. AVOID. BLOCK. REPORT.

This company is harassing me. I have had at least 4 cold calls this week and it has been going on for years! I keep asking them to remove my details so I reckon they must be a scam as they take absolutely no responsibility for their actions …DON’T deal with them !

We have been receiving multiple phone calls (which is annoying and wasting my time). Today I asked how our contacted details were obtained and pointed out that I was part of the telephone preference scheme and that there were also GPRS issues involved. The agent hung up. I have seen that the TAC review these - consider this a precursor for a formal complaint to the regulator.

This company Timeshareadvicecentre keeps cold texting me under “TAC-NEWS” and don’t allow for a reply to stop this text service this was after I had blocked their number …
