It has taken significantly longer than we were initially told however it was thankfully completed

My dealings with them were horrible. I was passed around to about 5 different "lawyers". Finally Hilton showed me as default and transferred my deed back to them. I really don't think this company did any leg work on trying to get me out of it they just let it go into non payment. The this company called and was shocked that this happened. But said we protected your credit history, that's what we do. So I would either stay on top of them all the time or not hire them at all. I wrote another review of them a few years ago.. you might want to read their response....**Update** I received a call from Rachel at TC. I finally got to explain to her my frustrations with her company and she explained why it happened the way it did. Maybe I was the one case that didn't get handled the right way but now I understand why. So in the end Rachel made it better and we are out of the timeshare!

Timeshare Compliance was extremely helpful to us, as they were able to help us get out of our timeshare. I came here to make a comment about my experience with a representative from this company his name is Taylor Otto. However, the one star rating says it all. The man was rude, abrasive and disrespectful.

My husband and I signed up with TScompliance some years ago and it took them some time but we got out of our Timeshare. How much it cost us was an issue for me but we've saved the same amount already by not having to pay our yearly fees.

I got really lucky when Justin Haney decided to help me get out of my “contact”. I rescinded my contact within 2 days with Sunset/Pelicanos Plaza in puerto Vallarta but they would not accept and told me I was bound by the contract. I quickly contacted my credit card company to reverse the charges. After 3 months Sunset/Pelicanos didn’t even know that I had stopped payment and started hounding me to pay their annual fee and monthly payments. Justin told me what to say, namely, to focus on that since there was no money exchange; there was no contract...Finally I spoke to someone in authority; who agreed and sent me the cancellation agreement. Justin also advised me to make sure I send the cancellation to the third party to stop the calls; bills and emails to protect my credit. Many thanks to Justin for caring for a 68 year old widow.

My husband James and I were very pleased with the services offered by Timeshare Compliance. They responded to us quickly, gave us thorough information and showed us the simplest way to get out of our timeshare! Very honest and upfront company. Due to my unique situation, I will not move forward as I have a small balance left on my timeshare. The process to get out of the timeshare can take about a year, but it was well worth it. They were in regular contact via phone and email to keep us posted on the progress of our case. Their service was cost effective and successful. Our case was resolved in about 7 months, which was much quicker than we had expected. We are so glad to be rid of our timeshare contract.

Within 9 months (Would've been shorter if not for COVID) we were relieved of our Timeshare obligations.
