Time Square Publishers Avis 

First of all, the negative reviewers (Jay Townsend and Mark Glover) are authors on Amazon. The glowing five "five-star" reviews are obviously fictitious and cannot even be found on Amazon as authors. My book can be found on Amazon.
I have lost about $26,000 with this fraudulent company. They tricked me by making false promises baiting me to spend more money to leverage my earlier expenditures. They lost my contracts and blamed a former employee. They promised 200% ROI within a year on a $10,000 investment - never delivered. They promised Walmart distribution of 2000 books for $10,000 - never delivered. They promised a lifetime website server for $5000 - never delivered. Promised proofreading for $1000 - very poor performance - had to do it myself and hire another proofreader. Then they kept harassing me for more money including $3000 for domain renewal and now $5000 for an "authors license" which was never specified in the contract and is not even required in the U.S. All they ever delivered was 200 books - probably as bait. I requested a refund and they refuse to comply. They have violated the contracts. Do not use this fraudulent company and please warn others.

Run and run fast. I was scammed, and now I'm having trouble getting anyone to respond to my emails. At first, I thought it was me because I got sick and it took longer to complete the manuscript. However, after 10 emails and a phone number that doesn’t work, I’d say they are a scam and likely fraudsters. Go with someone else. It's a shame I might not get my money back.

BEWARE! Time Square Publishing is a FRAUD! They scammed me out of thousands of dollars by promising/guaranteeing shelf space for my book in brick-and-mortar Barnes&Noble stores (their tactics are ultra-tricky and involve multiple layers of deception – specific fake names to look out for: Mia Dawson and Sasha Barber). Turns out, my book was never sent (or even printed!) to ANY stores. Further, after receiving my bank information, they are now claiming that my royalties cannot be disbursed, until I purchase an "author license" ($19,500!) – this being a supposed demand by B&N. However, B&N corporate has confirmed that this is a fraudulent demand – there is no such requirement. In short, Times Square Publishing a phony entity and needs to be prosecuted! Stay away, trust me!

Fabricated Barnes&Noble invitation letters for book store shelf access and distribution rights protection. Scam! Not legitimate. B&N verified two fraudulent letters from Time Square Publishers.

I accessed Times Square Publishers in order to fix the poor work done on my m/s by AKD (or ADP ... they seem to be the same company). For a very reasonable fee, they fixed my m/s in a short time. I worked with Hazel and Ashley who were both very pleasant and responsive. I was very relieved and pleased with the final result. Thanks Times Square!
