The exemption DID NOT WORK. Went through the entire process and was hopeful, but it did not meet my states standards. I want my money back.

I’ve been dealing with light sensitivity for a very long time and needed darker window tints, but I was constantly being hassled by police officers whenever I needed to drive during the day. Went on their site, answered all the questions, provided documentation, paid the fee, and got the approval. Got approved to have REMOVABLE TINT!! What the hells the point then?? If I wanted to put removable tint on I could have done that without wasting my time with their questions and saved money by not paying a fee to be told something I already knew. I wanted to be able to have window tint and not get in trouble for it but I guess thats not going to happen with this place. I feel like I just wasted time and money on something that was already known. I would warn against using this company's service. Very misleading.
