This was my first time order from TinyBig Bag. There was an issue with the delivery of my bag and I was very frustrated with the situation. Rose at the customer service was extremely helpful and supportive. She took ownership of the problem and resolved it in a timely manner. Rose is very responsive, caring and supportive. I appreciate her assistance. The bag itself is beautiful, soft and it is exactly how it's advertised on their website in photos and videos. Im happy and will be a returning customer.

Hice una compra de 4 articulos, creyendo que eran de piel tal como parecia indicar el anuncio, desde luego el precio pagado era para ser piel autentica, pero cuando recibí el pedido el material era puro plástico!! (lo denominan piel vegana) Inmediatamente contacte con ellos para hacer la devolución,tardaron 2 dias en contestar y daban largas,finalmente conseguí me enviaran las instrucciones para devolver, por supuesto el costo del envío a mi cargo, y lo mandé con Correos para que no hubiera problema.Hoy me escriben que lo han recibido pero que el bolso no llegó bien porque no llevaba el embalaje original y que faltaba 1 articulo(1 monedero). Para el embalaje con que lo devolví usé exactamente! el mismo que ellos enviaron, y en cuanto a lo de la falta de 1 articulo es vergonzoso que acusen a Correos o a Mí ,,de que nos hemos quedado con 1 articulo, todo como excusa para no hacer la devolución.Mi fallo fue no leer antes las opiniones sobre esta tienda. Experiencia muy negativa, no les doy 0 estrellas porque no puedo. Son una estafa, te hacen perder tiempo (llevo ya mas de 7 mails intercambiados con ellos), y dinero.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! getting a refund is impossible. They have steps to take to get a refund but they always want more. Contact about refund, then send a photo or why you want to return the item. They are basically trying to run out the clock on the 14 day return. The purses are not real leather! Save yourself the hassle. NOT WORTH IT!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My order was supposed to be gifts for my bridesmaids, however; 1) the order confirmation did not match the products I had ordered, 2) I had noted the shipping address was different, however the site glitched and reverted back to my payment address. These are simple tech issues, and I immediately contacted them to notify of the error. I didn't not hear back, resorted to having to dm them on instagram, telling them to just cancel the order. They didn't do that, instead dragged their feet. The package finally arrived, well after my wedding day (let alone the shipment date), when I reached out to return the order, I was told that there was no way for me to get a refund. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE. They have a ridiculously strict return policy and their customer service is a nightmare to get a hold of. I massively regret using this site.

This company is a disgrace. They describe their products as leather when in fact they are fake leather. I challenged them and they promised to reimburse for the bag and the postage. It cost me £16 to send the item back but they didn’t reimburse. It’s a drop ship from China company pretending to be Spanish. They charge high prices so one expects a quality product. I reported them to the fraud people. I am so cross I will post this on every platform I can find. People need to know to avoid.

Partono dalla Cina. Acquistato borsa primi febbraio, mai arrivata. Il traking da consegnata ma non si sa a chi e nessuno da risposta concrete. Servizio cluenti inesistente. Continuano a rispondere di provvedere a rispedire il prodotto .
AGGIORNAMENTO-- oggi 16 marzo 2026 arriva un corriere col pacchetto.....arrivato!! dal traking risulta la seconda spedizione e quindi hanno detto verita' ( dopo un mese di mie email )
la borsa comunque e' carina, cineseria ma carina.

Zero stars.

I love my bag !! It’s pretty and practical. Small but big in the same time . I will recommend 100%

Reseller at double its price of cheap and low-quality items of AliExpress.

Half its price (and even more) on AliExpress directly.

Achtung betrug. Es wird aus China angeliefert über Spanien nach Frankreich dann nach Deutschland. Retour nicht machbar da dies keine Adresse habe dafür. Selbst mit Paypal käufer Schutz nicht! Tasche in Plastiktüten und sehr schlecht und defekt verarbeitet! Bitte bestellt dort nicht!

I received an email from Tiny Big Bag informing me that my order had been delivered, and an email from CTT Express saying the same, but I never received my order. I tried contacting the delivery company, but the delivery code doesn't match the one they use. After a month of trying to receive my order, I've come to the conclusion that I've been scammed.

Was een beetje angstig na het lezen van de reviews, maar ik ben zeer tevreden. Verzenden duurde iets langer dan ik gewend ben, maar mijn bestelde tas kwam vandaag binnen en wat een leuke tas! Werd geleverd in een stoffen tas en de kwaliteit is prima.

Ordered a Lulu pop open bag in the 7th July. I must admit that I was anxious after reading previous reviews that it wouldn't arrive, but it did. Arrived today, well packaged and with its own dust bag ! I'm well happy and would definitely buy from this Company again.

Ordered two purses on May 20th. Supposedly, there was an attempt to deliver the package one time and then after that the package was returned. The company assured me they'd resend it. The courier apparently attempted to deliver it again but I'm still waiting almost 2 months later for my order.

Finally got an email on 17/05 telling me it’s on its way from the factory in China
So it’s somewhere in that country
The fact this company is in China is well concealed
Had I known this was a Chinese company I wouldn’t have ordered from them
Annoyed with myself for being misled
If my order ever arrives I will update on quality but as of now I’ve been scammed 😞

Another shoddy company
Bought bags beginning of May said id get confirmation of delivery, 2 weeks later not email. Have emailed them and radio silence
Another scam I’ve fallen victim of FFS

Terrible quality and not like the images on the website or the Instagram page. I purchased 6 hoping to give them to family as gifts and was totally disappointed. This didn't get any better when I tried to return them. I had to pay £12.75 myself even though I'd spent over £100 on the product. I am still waiting for my refund 6 weeks later.

This does not seem to be a legitimate company and I am investigating the business further.

Ich habe 2 Handytaschen mit integriertem Geldbeutel gekauft und nach Erhalt der Ware festgestellt, dass es schlecht verarbeitet wurde und mir so nicht gefällt. Die Kontaktaufnahme vom Support war zügig, aber sie wollen die Ware nicht zurücknehmen.

The bag came with a non-functioning clasp, but customer support fixed it immediately and they sent me a replacement bag within a few days. I am very satisfied and I give five stars.

Don't really know what all the negative reviews are about because I purchased 2 bags and they are lovely. Also didn't realise they were being shipped from overseas but when I emailed for an update on shipping, the team responded in the same day and were very helpful :)
