My daughter purchased two of their ratchet belts for me for my birthday. One of the buckles broke (pin holding the buckles together) broke off after I had it for 6 months. I sent them all of the photos and shipping numbers they requested an now they are not replying to my emails. Metal buckles should last for years. Zero stars for customer NO service

Poor customer service and poor product display. I ordered Double Up on Style with Our Two-Pack Leather Belt. The invoice displayed the correct name but the wrong image. They shipped me what the invoice displayed. I contacted them and they ignored me. I will put in other review as well.

One of the worst sites. To return the item , customer has to pay own shipping, which is $90-100. They offer to keep the item with 10 percent off.
Rip off company, they should be investigated, never buy from the site. Customer service is awful. This company should shot down immediately!!!

I bought two bags and I didn’t like one of them, I wanted to exchange it with another bag or to return it, it took them ages to respond to my email , then they sent me a message on WhatsApp, however they didn’t come to pick the bag again and never responded later.. it is an awful experience, never buying from them again

I love the quality of the wallet I purchased. This was the 1st time I bought here and now I am purchasing a wallet for my husband. The color is exactly as described.

I purchased my first wallet several years ago which has held up phenomenally! It had enough room for all my cards, was durable, and attractive. I am now replacing it with another from Bostanten. Best wallet product on the market!

The products are all beautiful, well constructed, professional & subject to compliments. My last purchase was a bag to carry my laptop in - I was looking for something that looked professional and carried everything I needed without looking "stuffed" or disorganized. I was SO pleased with my purchase - it is rugged, sturdy, never looks "stuffed" and I have gotten numerous compliments from co-workers and people I do not even know! I could not be happier!

This bag is exactly what I was looking for when wanted a new bag to carry my work things back and forth. It is wonderful that the bag is weatherproof.

I don't know how I found this company but I'm so happy that I did. I have ordered backpacks for my daughter, wallets for myself, carry on luggage for my son. I'm currently looking for purses for me. The quality, craftmanship, design is absolutely incredible. We have all gotten quite a bit of compliments on our bags, backpacks, etc.

I love the large purse I bought from Bostanten. It's big enough to put full size papers and files into it. With my job and caring for family members, I'm always carrying something. My Bostanten purse is useful and looks great!

I’m blown away at the quality of the bags and absolutely love love the two I have. One beautiful computer bag/backpack- the color is stunning it’s like a beautiful linen cream color with a touch of grey in the color- stunning. Just a terrific piece, quality love it. And then my daily purse, it’s another stunning, beautiful two toned piece-cream with grey. Both pieces have excellent organization, and I’m in love with this brand.

Only two wishes from me- the options of hardware on each bag, give us couple additional option's - brushes silver, gunmetal. The guitar straps, few more color, pattern options, blues, greys, maroon, burgundy, gunmetal..

Other than those suggestions- the quality of the bags is fantastic!! Customer service, representatives and company great!

I love the purse I bought so later bought another one and now I’m planning to buy a third one. Great quality and love the colors.

My niece gave me my first little crossover bag for Christmas last year. They are amazing for travel. I can fit two pairs of sunglasses, comb, lip gloss, phone, passport, credit cards and cash in it and the pocket book itself fits easily in a "personal item" carryon luggage, without taking up much room. It's lightweight and doesn't hurt my shoulder. I liked it so much that I bought two more this year, in different colors.

If you receive the wrong bag or the bag is not how it is described then good luck getting help. The backpack is small but no USB port and once I sent Bostanten two emails they sent me a tracking # and showed me where the USB was located but it wasn’t my bag! Never responded after that!

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with the Bostanten. Everyone compliments my purse and my brief case and they always ask where I got it from. Other coworkers have also purchased one. Very happy!

I purchased the slim briefcase and consistently receive so many compliments on it (from men and women). It has a very sleek and professional look and I just how easy it is to carry and grab hold of.

I get lots of compliments on bostanten briefcase! It holds my IPad and laptop and so much more!! I do put a lot of stuff in it so I am so happy that the strap can also make it like a sling bag to distribute the weight and not on a shoulder weighing me down!
