Babyzen travel system from Tiny Feet

Excellent experience with Tiny Feet. We were looking for a Babyzen travel system but we still had a few questions. We found on Youtube a very detailed video created by Tiny Feet regarding Babyzen products which helped answer everything. It was exactly what we needed so we went ahead and placed the order on Sunday around 11 PM. Imagine our shock to be called the very next evening and have the travel system delivered to us in less than 24 hours, and on the bank holiday Monday. Outstanding service.

Even better, the gentleman who delivered our system was the same person in the Babyzen video. He was very friendly and took another 3-5 minutes going over what was delivered and how to get started with our new travel system.

Last but definitely not least, this was the best price I found for this travel system anywhere. I spent a good few hours researching before buying it from Tiny Feet. Highly recommended !!!

I placed an order on 21st January and…

I placed an order on 21st January and was charged. I have not received my product and I cannot get a response via their customer service team. I see another customer has had the same problem. I’ve tried to contact them via every available option before resorting to leaving a negative review but have no other option.

I placed an order in December that has…

I placed an order in December that has not arrived and it is now March. Money was taken at the time of order. No update or response to several messages sent on the contact form on the website, an email to customer service, and Facebook message.
I either need a refund or ETA on the order, not getting an update or response is very frustrating. I would not use this company again and I am not sure how to go about getting a reply. I have noticed they do respond to negative reviews, so unfortunately I am driven to leave negative feedback here.....

No response to resolve delivery by phone or messenger

Purchased a Jane Matrix II car seat on 20th Jan, still not received 7 weeks later. Tried daily for weeks to contact via phone and also via their Facebook messenger page. Occasional answers (once a wk at most), with promise of following up with tracking information. Never do. Purchased from Tiny feet due to these other reviews. Not sure what’s happened. Really disappointed that are 7 week old baby still doesn’t have the correct car seat and having to use a friends old one. Even gave numerous warnings I’d write this review but no response. Please get back in touch.

**update 11th Mar** - thanks for picking this up by email. I realise an email was sent 1 day before my review. This didn't really explain why we'd not really got anywhere by phone (it rarely answered) - phoning 20 times a week across various days for weeks probably isn't classed as usual. Likewise with the facebook messenger, very rarely a reply, it was almost like it was answered by different people. Sometimes the response was proactive, other times silence. The reason for not using the email was that we contacted this on 23rd Feburary and received no response, and as we'd got through once by phone/messenger in the 2 months, we prioritized these. I hope this feedback is useful, I see others have had good experiences, so I've always stayed positive and I feel we've been very polite and patient over the 2 months, considering inevitable pandemic delays. Just the lack of communication has been quite frustrating. We still haven't received the DPD link however. I've increased the rating to 2/5 as a result of this progress.

Apologies for the late reply to your post. Further to the call with you last week I did send an email to the details used on your order. I believe it was your partners email address, it may of gone into the junk folder.

As mentioned in the email there was a delay caused by our supplier which I can only apologise for. The email mentioned this and that they had sent a replacement which should be with you this week. I have just tracked it on DPD and it is on a van scheduled for delivery today.

Again apologies for the delays, Like most stores we are relying on suppliers to carry out deliveries for us during the pandemic

5 Star Customer Service

I came across Tiny Feet through Bebecar. We live in Canada and wanted to order a pram. Given the current environment we had so many questions around shipping delays, costs and whether they were even shipping at this time. However, we were so pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service we received. Every email was answered very promptly with so much information and detail. Irrespective of the difference in time-zone, we found that no matter what time we wrote an email asking questions, we got a reply within a reasonable window, usually a couple hours at the most!! There are far too many things to highlight about what they did to get our product out to us in Canada. I would most certainly recommend this company to anyone and given my experience I would 100% deal with them again.

Thank you to Shehzad for all his help! We love our Pram and cannot wait to use it when our little one arrives.

We have nothing but good things to say about Tiny Feet. They have been so helpful, all the way from visiting in-store to ordering our pram and delivering it at a date that suited us. They even kept our pram in their warehouse until we were ready for it. Shezhad went a step further and came back after delivery, when we were having trouble building the pram ourselves! Couldn't recommend them more.

My first and last experience with the shop....

On the website of the shop I found a product of my interest which comes in 5-6 colors. One particular color was advertised at a significant discount. The offer was only related to this one particular color and was advertised as a "price match" bargain so I immediately thought this is a real deal. So I placed an order, paid for the good and received confirmation on order placement and payment. I also engaged a 3rd party international courier to deliver the package to me as I am a non-UK resident. I was happy to make such a great deal....

Little did I know that the shop is not going to meet any terms of my order....
Eventually I got contacted by customer support, who claimed there was an error on their website and they "unfortunately" need to cancel my order. I objected that even cancellation and full refund might mean some financial damage to me due to 3rd party shipping cancellation fee.

I had a series of e-mail swaps with the shop, trying to find an agreement and trying to sort out this situation, which occurred only as a result of the shop's error. My final proposition was that I would pay double the price, which was according to the shop also their cost price. This way the shop would not have any financial damage and I could also use the pre-ordered international shipping. By the way, this double price was also the lowest price offered by the competition (I sent the shop a link; note: in diff. color), so basically they would only honor the "price-match" term from my original order. Even though I would still need to pay twice the price. To my surprise the shop did not accept this offer.

Unbelievable for me was that during my entire lengthy communication with the customer support I did not  hear any apology for their obvious mistake. Not even once. The whole situation for them was only "unfortunate".

The one and only thing I can mark as positive is the promptness in responses of  customer supper in this particular matter.

Considering all the above noted facts:
- shop obviously made and admitted an error, what ofcourse can happen
- shop did not meet any of their terms
- shop did not accept or consider any potential damage of their error on customer
- shop did not accept any solution which would be cost neutral for them and which would mitigate customer damage
- shop did not even apologize for their error

I clearly can not recommend shopping here to other customers

The shop did not offer me to purchase the item at cost price (£190) but proposed price of (£240), which is even higher than the lowest price I could find on the market.

If the shop would proposed cost price (£190) I would not be writing this review in first place. Please take a better look on my review or / maybe go trough our e-mail communication again

please get your story and facts straight if you want to reply to my review

1. Firstly, in your very first e-mail responding to my order you confirmed the cost price being ≈£190. It was the same e-mail you notified me on my order cancellation. If you want me to resend the e-mail back to you to refresh your memory just let me know I will be happy to

2. Secondly, your lowest and only offer from our former e-mail communication was £240. Any other offers you present (£225) are only your current reaction to my review

3. Last but not least, in our prior mail communication I even sent you the link to competitor's site with price of £190, do you remember? I admit this price was for different color but it was the same 2020 model.

With every response you make, you only ensure me about my conclusion, that I would not recommend fellow shoppers to use your website.

I have already spent too much time with this thread, but I believe I have shared all the facts and my genuine experience with your shop. I will leave other customers to consider for themselves

I do not take any of this personally, therefore allow me to wish you only the best and if I may a friendly recommendation please reconsider your customer care

Following on from our discussions via email I would like to address your comments made here. The item you were looking at is priced online at £269.95 which you would be aware of as you had been looking around. To see it listed at £86.10 was a clear pricing error on our website.

Your order was placed at 11pm and we had emailed you within an hour regarding the pricing issue. As mentioned we could not accept the order at the above price as it is costs us more than double to order in. We explained in the email that when buying online there are different rights for a consumer and that an order is not completed until it has been dispatched.

We kindly offered to sell the item to you at cost price which we did not receive a reply to and so we had processed a full refund

With regards to your courier costs, I am not sure who you had booked considering you had not emailed us for box dimensions or weight but I would suggest you contact them or your card issuer asking for a refund for a service that you have not used.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may of caused but in the current climate when stores have had no support in the UK and been closed since last year, we cannot absorb costs of over £100 to send out goods

I will have our email team check when they get back to the office on Thursday as we care closed on Wednesday's. We did send an email offering the reduced price so apologies if this was not received by you

The product you ordered and in the colour you wanted is £269.95 on every website that has stock. Some websites have the old 2019 colours at £225 but this is a different colour and design

If you are still interested in taking up our offer please send us an email, however we will not accept the offer you had made prior where you asked us to split the price difference to compensate. We cannot send out a product that is short in supply due to the pandemic but also absorb a loss in order to send it

We will keep an eye out for your email but your original order has already been processed for a refund which should be with you within the next 2-3 days

Excellent company with great customer service!

Ordered a Joie car seat - excellent customer service and was delivered within 3 days just as they said it would be.

On top on this the car seat was looking for was the best price I could find - a good £40 cheaper than all the larger companies.

Would highly recommend and definitely be making purchases from here again!

Fast delivery, great price

Recently bought our Babyzen Yoyo pram from Tiny Feet online as they were one of the affiliated online retailers recommended by the official Babyzen website. Unlike other retailers, they had all colour options available and the price was great during the Black Friday sales!

Delivery was suppose to be 3-4 weeks so we expected a bit of a wait but to our surprise, we got a call after a week for delivery on the same day. Product was well explained to us at delivery and we were recommended to take a hold of the information on the box for warranty. Very pleased and would shop at Tiny Feet again for other baby items. Thank you!

Fantastic baby show deals. Polite, informative and helpful delivery driver. Great customer service so far, very polite and responsive. What more could I ask for from a company. Never heard of Tiny Feet until the baby show but now I know of them I will be recommending them to all. X
