I love these toys! They are so well made. I am very happy with all I have purchased! I scan new things every time I get an email.

The products are very ascetically made but not great quality given the fact that these toys are played with by children. Way too expensive to have cheap labels and packaging. Things need to be laminated or have sturdier packaging. For example, the beef and bacon come in packaging that will not last or be sustained after play. The paper labels don’t even stay stuck together.

Bought the adorable tent with sheer curtains and star lights for my granddaughter and her cousins to play in and the kids spent the whole weekend in the tent! Delivered swiftly, very quick set up and also small enough to easily store. The kids, ages 3 and 6, all loved it!

I ordered the tiny land mud kitchen for my granddaughter. It is perfect and she loves it. We did have an issue with the sink having a defect cut in it, so it leaked . I emailed with Ivonne in customer service and she was absolutely wonderful and so helpful . With providing her with the information and pictures , she ordered a replacement sink to be shipped out immediately. This was all done less than 8 hours after my original email . Tiny land not only has wonderful products , it has excellent top notch customer service - especially Ivonne !! Thank you - customer for life !!

Amazing customer service! I reached out to have some pieces I had broken replaced. They were supposed to be shipped in a couple of weeks. Since they didn't have stock of those pieces, they were kind enough to send a whole new train set.

I ordered and did not realize the item was a preorder. When I inquired about delivery time that was explained to me with a promise to prioritize my order when the item was available or an option to cancel. I chose to maintain my order. To my delight all 4 pieces of my order were delivered within 2 weeks. Ivonne was my customer service representative and she was amazing. Her communication was excellent and I was impressed at how engaged and caring she was. Based on this experience I will definitely order from your company again. Thank you.

To this day, Tiny Land still owes me $71.89 for the Tiny Land Teepee with Mat for Kids that I purchased on for my daughter’s birthday. They shipped the item to my apartment address but I never received the item. I emailed their customer service rep on April 4 asking for a replacement or refund and that individual refused to do either. Instead he/she told me to file a claim for the full amount with the shipping company UPS. I immediately filed a claim with UPS but I have yet to hear back from UPS about that claim. Instead, Tiny Land made me purchase the item a SECOND TIME at an additional $92.64. This time I received the item. The customer service rep at Tiny Land seemed to imply I was lying to him/her and refused to ship a replacement item free of charge. This whole thing seems sketchy and I question whether Tiny Land even shipped the original item or whether they were just trying to make me pay twice for one item (there were no photos taken to confirm it was actually delivered. When my Dad’s cremated remains were shipped to the funeral home, they took photos to confirm the USPS had actually delivered them.) I am a mother of two children and I will not be purchasing any more products from them because they stole $71.89 from me for a product that never arrived at my doorstep.

The Teepee was very nice quality and the cute lights make it adorable. Loved it for my twin 2yr grandchildren.

Ordered a dollhouse for our 4 year old grand-daughter. The package arrived on time and in great condition. Instructions for assembly were helpful. The dollhouse is getting lots of imaginative play time! A quality piece that will be handed down.
