Tiny Land Avis 

I ordered a climbing block set for my best friends daughter. Her 1st birthday is coming up and I knew it was a pre order and that it would ship end of April. I started to get a little antsy on the 29th and I reached out to get an update. They got back to me right away to tell me it was about to ship and luckily it shipped the next day! and then it showed up only 2 days later. Perfect timing! They also updated me once it shipped and also to make sure that I received it. Great customer service!! Thank you Tiny Land :)

Seriously perfection! This was easy to put together and has allowed for such beautiful, imaginative play for my 4 year old daughter. Her 2 year old brother happily joins into the mix and I love watching them.

My granddaughter loves it! We alap ordered All the different organic foods that she loves to eat!

Our grandson absolutely loves the mud kitchen we got him for his 2nd birthday! Hours of great play!

We received an incomplete order with a missing part for a small kitchen. They were initially going to send the missing part, but then informed me that it was out of stock. Now I'm stuck with a kitchen set that I can't put together at all (the missing piece is a large base cabinet that you need in order to put all the other pieces together).

Anne in customer service was so kind and helpful when I accidentally hit “pay” and didn’t mean to! She helped get my order cancelled without any fees! Also, I love all Tiny Land pieces especially my kitchen

Love the toys! When my first box came, came missing a toy and they are very fast to fix it and they send a whole new one.
Chris from support was fast to reply and very helpful to explaining my options.

I needed extra parts and it was well past the deadline for free replacements, customer service was excellent. Parts didn't cost a lot and shipped out quick. Everything was quick and smooth.

Timely delivery and I’m told the train set was a big hit with my grandnephew!

Love the product! Unfortunately, after the present was given to my one and four year old grandsons for their birthday, they had a house fire and everything is smoke damaged!

Customer service was quick to respond to my issue and very professional and clear in what information was needed to assist me. The rep stayed in contact and provided frequent updates. They were a pleasure to deal with.

Do not ever buy from them. Their return policy is not legit . I purchased something I wasn’t satisfied with and wanted to return it and they kept making me take video after video which I did and after all that they still denied letting me return it for a refund. Any company with a return policy like this is not a legit business.

The Children love this set. It was easy to put together.

This was the perfect little gym for our granddaughter. So many things you can do with it. Very creative and fun for the little one.

As a new grandparent having the data available for safety of the products and age appropriate, for children stated on website, was very high on my shopping list.
