※サポートに連絡するも、価格配信に異常はありませんでしたの一点張りです。気になる方は過去チャートのヒゲの長さを他社と比較してみて下さい。
人気が衰えてきてスプレッド・手数料では稼げなくなり、DD方式で顧客の損失を望んでいる可能性もあるので使用はおすすめしません。
見せかけの狭いスプレッド(今となっては大してコストも安くない)よりも、安全性を重視しXM等の大手を検討すべきです。

Top tier professional broker
Both deposit and withdrawals are lightning fast!
They are regulated in many reputable offshore entity and I have been trading with them for almost 2 years.
Never had a problem except some slippages but they are also taking care of it at the moment.
Support team is top level professional and problem-solver.
I highly recommend TitanFX as a Trader and IB Partner.

Shameful experience
On 10. of February I wrote to Titan FX this email:
“Dear Sir/Madam,
I have realized I have gambling habits and I can't trade, as I gamble only and lose money. Hence I need to make protection to avoid further losses.
I kindly ask you to block me, block my email address, block my name permanently and ban me from opening any new accounts in future!
Kindly close my account after I submit withdrawal tomorrow and delete my profile so I won't be able to log in and deposit more funds.
I hope to hearing from you soon.

I have highlighted being blocked permanently - that means I won't be able to reopen my account in future. I admitted I am gambling!
DESPITE my request they have reopened my account on 16. February and I lost another funds. If I am going to trade further, I will lose more and more, because I stated clearly I am gambling, not trading, I have to be banned permanently. Why haven’t TitanFX blocked me earlier and let me trade further, which led to more losses?
If they simply respected my first email and put me on permanent ban, I wouldn’t lose another funds. This is about taking serious their clients, but they are not.

I joined the FTF200 promotion that…
I joined the FTF200 promotion that TitanFX sent to me by email. They stated that I would receive a refund of up to 200 USD on my first trade if I incurred a loss. Because of that, I deposited funds and placed a trade. I lost the trade, but they refused to provide the cashback as promised.
I contacted their support team three times, and each time they said the relevant department would reach out to me — but no one ever did. Extremely disappointed with their service.

このたび TitanFXのサポートを使用(チャット＆メール)して 住所変更とメールアドレス変更を行い、そして追加口座開設(2個)と入金(ビットウォレットにて)と口座内間の資金移動をさせて頂いたが ご対応が 懇切で とても丁寧で、入金 ＆ 口座間の資金移動が 瞬時(4秒間程にて)に スムーズになされて ストレスなく進めることが出きた。 それから 他のFX会社に比べて 口座管理維持費用(月額)が掛からない(ゼロの)処が 私(トレーダー)には とても とても 有り難い システムである。

疑問点が有りチャットで問い合わせしましたが、リアルタイムでご返答頂き、国内（日本）のチャット対応よりも素晴らしく感激しています。（もちろんメールでも懇切丁寧ですが）その他、入出金なども国内よりも早く、国内業者は反省したほうが宜しいかと思います。レバレッジも含め、もうTitanFX以外とは取引できない感が強いです。

シンプルなのが良い
余計なボーナスキャンペーンが都度開催されて入金を促す会社よりは信用度が増す。
スプも狭いし、コストも安い。
指標時気を付ければ滑りもほぼ無い
どの会社もですが、
週明けの早朝のスプだけエグいので宵越しのポジション持ち越しは証拠金は気にした方が良いです。
自分はスキャルしないので短期トレードはわかりません
スイング寄りなのでスワップポイントをもう少し調整してくれたら嬉しい限りです。
昔のキャンペーンで
ビットコインのスプを、固定にしていたのは良かったです。
定期的にあれば取引量が増えるかもしれないです。
