An amazing experience from ordering to installation.
The installers encountered a number of 'difficulties' but found solutions to everything. They constantly consulted me and offered options to ensure I was completely happy with the final result.

The customer service has been excellent from start to finish. The initial specifications and design of my garden shed were prepared with my involvement and the benefit of their professional advice. The shed was delivered and erected on time, on a date that suited me. The construction is strong and the shed sturdy and well-made. And when I encountered some minor issues afterwards, these were sorted out very promptly and with no fuss. A good local company offering a good quality product with really good customer service.

I ordered a large shed with installation; the two guys who came to erect it had it up in no time. Great service.

An excellent (relatively local) company
Having come across Titan Garden Buildings by regularly driving past them, I decided that it was time to replace a dangerous & dilapidated 8' x 6' garden shed, which was leaning well off the vertical with broken glass & rotten feather-edged wood. An initial E-mail asking about a replacement provided sensible feedback & some questions. After answering these, a site visit was arranged - just as well - as my measurement of the access height didn't allow for a step just after a doorway, so panel cuts were needed to get the parts through.
The site visit was done by a punctual, professional & courteous person.
After deciding on options, a deposit was paid & a fitting date agreed. The 2 fitters turned up on time, removed the old shed & installed the new one in a morning, without any trouble, fuss or mess.
An impressive sight was a fitter calmly walking on the roof to install the protective felt - an indication of the shed's strength. My tools are now properly protected from the weather & the new shed has already got admiring comments from a visitor.
I would strongly recommend them.

From my initial enquiry which was before the actual office opened a very kind gentleman working there was able to guide me to the relevant shed I required and spoke about how well they were made as it was a bespoke service.
A salesman then took all our details and every stage along the way we were kept informed of progress and the actual delivery and erection day.
2 workmen came and erected the shed - were quick but very thorough and left the outstanding amount of stain for us to use next year as part of the maintenance.
From the staff in the office to the salesman and delivery guys this was a faultless procedure. We felt totally valued although ours was a very small shed by comparison to the vast selection of sheds , outdoor rooms or gazebos.
I didn't know I could get so excited about a shed but it is beautifully made and can in no way be compared to B&Q or Wickes. These are products of immense quality , all hand built and of exceptional timber quality.

A good honest service aligned with a top quality product. Started with a knowledgeable person explaining the features and benefits of the shed when we visited, followed by a clear concise quotation, subsequently updated to reflect our request of reduced scope to reduce cost without detriment to quality. The order process was equally very good, especially as our requirement was slightly bespoke. The shed was delivered and installed on time with excellent communication in the lead-up. The installation guys were polite, friendly, knowledgeable, diligent and skilled.
We are very pleased with our new shed. Even ordered more shelves from Titan!

I purchased a Bertsch Holzbau cabin from Titan Garden Buildings in 2024. While the final result now looks as it should, the journey to get there has been lengthy, stressful, and far below the standard I expected from a premium-priced product.

The positives:
• The cabin design itself is attractive and well-considered.
• The UK rep for the manufacturer was extremely helpful in the final stages, identifying the root causes of the issues and recommending experienced contractors to carry out the remedial work.
• The roof has now been fixed to the correct specification, thanks to UK rep and the independent roofers.

The problems:
• Significant structural issues emerged after installation — including incorrect roof fixings, deformation of roof boards, and multiple botched roofing attempts. These were not identified by Titan during their own inspections and only came to light after I escalated concerns and involved the manufacturer.
• Titan’s approach throughout was slow, disjointed, and reactive. I had to repeatedly chase responses, request proper documentation, and push for clear commitments. At times it felt like they were more concerned with deflecting responsibility than resolving the problem.
• The roof had to be installed four times — the first two were by Titan’s own subcontractors and the third by Titan themselves, all done incorrectly.
• I received previous compensation for other issues unrelated to the roof, but these later roof defects were not covered, and required a separate resolution entirely.
• The final works were only completed after many months (10 in total) of persistence on my part, and wouldn’t have happened without my own efforts and the involvement of the UK rep of Bertsch Holzbau.

In summary:
I now have a cabin I’m happy with — but I wouldn’t choose to go through this experience again. I would urge future customers to document everything, seek independent inspection if problems arise, and be prepared to advocate for yourself to get a resolution. The product may look good, but the aftercare and installation process left a lot to be desired.

Very pleased with the shed which replaced an old one - well designed and built. Installed efficiently and the old shed taken away. Minor problem with the guttering was quickly and effectively solved.

Bought a custom sized tool store . Excellent quality . I paid for painting , delivery , fitting and removal of old shed . The quality and lack of stress is worth paying the extra compared with a DIY store shed

An all round excellent service - from the initial meeting to the installation and any questions in between. Nothing was too much trouble and the product is excellent.

The advice given by Alex when looking for the correct shed was greatly appreciated. The shed deliver and Instalation was very professional and the shed is of high quality. I really like the security door and locking mechanism it’s a game changer. I also recommend the shed base being installed as it levels and takes the shed floor off the ground protecting the floor from rotting.Great overall product and experience

I chose Titan for a replacement garden shed and I am very satisfied with the outcome. The shed is high quality and the installation team not only did a great job installing it, they were also punctual and professional. Alex was helpful when discussing the options for the design of the shed and Angela kept me updated about timescales as the shed was being prepared. Overall a very positive experience and I would happily recommend Titan.

From the moment of viewing cabin for our garden to buying, having it installed by Titan fitters having to also extend our concrete base to accommodate, experience of all these things were outstanding.
