They deleted my last review, which I found out via going down my ooooold emails.

Awful company, impossible to cancel, servers were down for weeks, horrible connection issues, regional biases, and banned me off discord when I tried to DISCUSS getting my server fixed, ONTOP OF taking 2 weeks straight to respond.

Lied about their server specs and more. As well as royally messing up their "custom install" which set my server back 2 weeks further.

Do not fall for their prices.

Unable to cancel service, which has been down for months. Pointed it out in the Discord today as I just noticed I was charged once more, and now I've been banned.

Had to get a chargeback with my cc company because the owner just ban me when I requested a refund after the server was down for weeks. Terrible company, avoid at all cost.

Been waiting 2 weeks for a refund as It wouldn't send me a verification email for my account I then proceeded to create a ticket a week in and have been waiting a week to get a reply. Terrible customer support and would just like my refund so i can move on from this " host ".

I recommend not buying any services from this company, they simply do not respond to tickets and the services are NEVER ACTIVATED. I have opened a chargeback through PayPal, as it seems this company is now ripping people off.

It seems that after 8 months, they are trying to eliminate every review that is here, fortunately, I have all the necessary evidence to verify my purchase and legitimate problem. - It was a bad experience I have received with you, my service was never activated, I waited more than 4 days and it was not activated, then they proceeded to close the ticket I had open without any response. - I have proceeded with a direct refund from PayPal, but they have not responded to speed up the process, so it has taken me more than 2 months to recover my money with PayPal. A pity what happened to this company, for any new buyer, I recommend you to opt for another company, since the support of Titan Nodes LTD is practically null, during those 8 months they have never contacted me about an apology for the case, then I would accept it without any problem, but it is the second time they send to Trustpilot to request more information about my review and try to "remove it" if in case no documentation is attached to validate my purchase, the bad server and the null support they offer. - In my personal experience, this was very bad and lousy even to get the refund, so I recommend staying away from this company for their security and bad services.

the customer service is terrible with and many times have to wait for weeks to get a response
the servers go down once a month for diffrent reasons (excuses) it is known that it is due to a monetary issue.
i asked why my server was still down and that servers go down from 2 weeks to 2 months a year and they banned me.
mayed is a child and we cant expect any more from him

I have been paying for this server for 3 years. About a quarter of that time the server has been down with no explanation. The server only comes back up many weeks after creating a support ticket.

I run a Minecraft server with approximately 40 players, and we switched to Titan Nodes after experiencing some performance issues with a previous server host. We were able to get the new server running with all of our files transferred over in a matter of hours, which was very convenient and helped maintain player engagement after the previous server became unplayable.

On top of the speed and ease of setting up the server, the powerful nitro hardware has been great for performance. We run our server with a view distance of 24 chunks (compared to the default 10) and still experience fast chunk loading. This has allowed us to go overboard with generating new terrain and running farms with lots of entities without any worry of the server performance taking a big hit. When the main performance bottleneck is on the side of the players' PCs rather than the server hardware, it is hard to ask for more.

Terrible service and the worst is the owner, if you have problems you just have to wait and if you insist they will ban you. He is an abuser and dictator.
His nodes fall every month on the same day and for different reasons, although it is known that it is due to monetary problems.
The node where my service was located was closed since they could not maintain it and I did not receive a refund.

The owner is a boy and you can't expect more from him.

I was having server issues - I then wrote a message to the support which didn't take long for them to respond and help me with my issue. The support is very kind and willing to help you solve your problems!

So far so good. Have only used their service a couple times however it is very easy to use and very decent pricing. Would 100% recommend for anyone with a lower income or someone who needs an easy to use host!

Customer service is also very fast and helpful :)

It has been amazing service, only problem was the unexpected downtime but that didn’t matter too much for me. Glad it was fixed :)

Server quality is superb, the prices are low for the specifications they give, and the Customer Service is flawless.

I only had a couple issues and they were both solved in less than a few hours. 10/10

I have been using titannodes for a very long time now. The servers are very cheap compared to other hosting services & they also perform a lot better. I have tried other hosts such as apex & bisect but have never had as few server issues (such as performance) nor as good support (Often my tickets are replied to instantly!)

Live chat with Mayed himself, and he addressed my probs straight away. Active on discord too. Titannodes have the best pricing rates I've seen. Yea no regrets so far

Update, one regret I guess. My region's node is suddenly undergoing "unexpected maintenance" and even if it will take a week, I wish there was some more communication to update us clients other than "it will be up asap, there will be compensation". Server just went off unexpectedly for am entire week and I have no idea what to tell my players, I'm gonna lose players like this :(

Still the lowest prices for the SEA region. But tbh feelin kind of like a clown waitinnn
