Ordinary crisis ... extraordinary experience.
My Customer Service representatives (Tana and Wendy) were exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I was extremely impressed by the straightforward transparency and detailed, step-by-step explanation of contractual terms/obligations - the entire process was truly extraordinary. It is a momentously expensive form of short-term financial assistance and certainly not appropriate for every circumstance.
