The atmosphere was cold
The atmosphere was cold! I had to ask the person servicing me her name. I had to say good morning to the two other ladies in there and only one answered(no,the non speaking one was NOT engaged in anything else...phone or otherwise). I had to ask about the apr/% rate, and how much would i owe altogether. I got a $645 loan and I owe $1,3??.?? back. If I didn't need the loan immediately,I would not have stayed. When it was done,Alma took me to a site and instructed me to press a 5 star rating. THAT ONE IS ON ME, I SHOULD HAVE SAID NO...Im upset with myself for that. Ill pay this loan back and will tell others NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS TITLE MAX. MS. V. STEELE
