I have changed my opinion from dissatisfied to grateful
I am editing my review because I must take some responsibility for the communication gaps. I had a good conversation with the rep and I pleased. I now have a clear understanding of the service and would use them again.

Fast, Convenient, and reasonably priced.
We needed a title search because of the haphazard way the short sale and the closing were conducted (the husband/seller did not even attend the closing and we never saw him,). This was surprisingly fast, convenient, and very reasonably priced, and now we can be rest assured the sale was properly concluded.

Research incorrect parcel and would not stand behind their work.
An error from the company, researched the incorrect parcel and would not take accountability for their error. Would NOT RECCOMEND this company to anybody. Thank you AFX Title Research Company for NOTHING.
I bought you cheap.

Lorna,
I'm deeply sorry that you were not satisfied with the completed research. As you know, you did not provide a street address or parcel number. The information initially provided on the owner was actually a previous owner. After we spent additional time trying to identify the property we contacted you and received the actual owners name. Which we searched for any property owned by that person in that county and searched the property that matched. From the information provided that was the piece of property that we identified. Generally it is always best to provide a street address OR a parcel number to ensure the research is completed on the correct property.
As we discussed, if you can provide us with information on the correct parcel we would complete this 2nd search at a discounted rate but we are not able to do any additional research without accurate property identifiers. Please feel free to contact us to discuss.
Regards,
AFX
No one confirmed when the work requested would be done.
About three weeks ago, I asked for certain title information and nothing confirmed when or how it would be done. Still, I know nothing,
Will someone attend to my request?

Hi, thank you for the message. One of our customer service reps contacted you regarding this and learned that you did indeed receive your report, but unfortunately it had gone to your spam folder. We are sorry for the inconvenience that caused. We are always looking for ways to improve our service and appreciate your feedback. Thanks again for your business!
Very complete, great result!
Hi,
There was some confusion with the State on the title to my home. This issue caused a serious delay in the installation of our Solar Panels.
AFX Research completed a very thorough and complete search with great results. They provided documents that I had never seen.
I can confidently recommend their services.
It will take maybe a week for you to get your report, so please keep that in mind.
Peggy Roberts
They were also very responsive to my questions.
Again, I do recommend their services.

Great compared to all other title companies I have tried!
Very accurate services and great and attentive manager and customer service. My only complaint is it does take a little longer that I'd like to get the title reports back - but overall a great place to do business!
