From the first meeting with Tom, all the way through to completion we received a first class service. Tom's desire to deliver high quality work and great attention to detail is evident in both discussions and also in the end result that he delivers. We are really pleased with the outcome and now have an area that our staff enjoy taking their breaks/lunch whilst socialising with their colleagues.

We wanted our oven and fridge freezer moved in our kitchen so the oven was high up and to create two large drawers under the hob for pots and pans, etc. Tom did an amazing job and we are completely happy with the end result. Tom is very professional, but friendly, and takes pride and care in his work. Highly recommended!

Poor workmanship and untrustworthy trader
1. Unable to install dishwasher door and plinth correctly and damaged them
2. installed shelves at wrong/unusuable height and damaged cabinet walls
3. did not complete the job before walking off and did not supply tradesmen per the contract
4. demanded payment for unfinished job despite project costing me more to finish than original fixed price quote

Tom did a Kitchen makeover for me replaced worktop and kitchen doors etc. it exceeded my expectations he arrived on time worked all day and left everything clean and tidy he was very pleasant and helpful would highly recommend

So professional nothing too much trouble goes over and above to give customer satisfaction has a great sense of humour.perfection in his work at all times my new kitchen,flooring,skirting boards and doors all done to perfection have no hesitation in recommending Tom and I have another job for him later this year

Tom was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He responded to our questions promptly and turned up when he said he would. Tom explained everything clearly to us and came up with solutions when there were minor issues with plumbing in our new kitchen sink and dishwasher, and reconfiguring the position of our washing machine. Tom worked with CS Plumbing & Heating on our project and they were great too. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tom.

Very flexible with arrangements, trustworthy and good quality end product

We have just used Tom from TJL Kitchens to complete our kitchen makeover. Tom advised us on new worktops, splashbacks and a sink and recommended we use his local branch of Howdens to supply the products.
The products were good quality, and Tom fitted them with the expertise and care of a true craftsman, and he liaised with the electrician and plumber to ensure that they completed their works in line with his.
Overall, we are delighted with the quality of the work and Tom’s approach and would highly recommend him.

I was very pleased with Toms work on my kitchen. He was communicative, straight forward about any issues and arrived when he said he would. The kitchen is great and what I hoped for and the extra people he employed to tile, plumb and do the electrics were also great and as professional as Tom.
