Garden products are excellent and have made a massive difference to the lawns. Customer Service and after sales are very professional and helpful. Prompt response to product and shipping queries. They professionally responded to two recent shipping errors which were rectified without delay. Despite a few despatch errors this is an amazing professional company, supplying easy to use lawn products, after sales support, along with simple and easy to use online management of subscription choices. Perfect for hobbyists gardeners or professionals alike. This is a company I would certainly recommend to others. Perfect!

I switched to Mowd after being left disappointed with another well-known green company, and I honestly wish I had done it sooner. In a short space of time, they have completely transformed the condition of my lawns – the difference is night and day.

I cancelled by subscription by e mail on the 5 th September and they have not not even had the decency to reply to confirm it
Today I received a e mail from this company they have sent me some more lawn treatment out I have tried to phone them but no one answers,very poor service .

I was looking for help to replenish my lawn, which is huge and has a heavy clay base. The lawn was absolutely covered in weed, specifically clover and the lack of rain meant the clay was shrinking and cracking and what grass I had was dying off. The lawn looked worse than I’ve ever seen it. I asked Mowd for a quotation. Rich & Dan arrived and weren’t phased by the mammoth task of bringing the lawn back to life.

They asked lots of questions about how we use the lawn, they were mindful of our pets and wildlife. Nothing seemed too much trouble and I didn’t feel under any pressure, there was no “hard sell” tactics which I appreciated. My quote arrived and it was clearly broken down into phased work and all pricing was clearly detailed, no hidden or surprise costs added.

I agreed the plan of works with Rich and received a schedule of dates. Again, great communication, no pressure, everything clearly laid out.

Works started exactly as scheduled and with care and consideration for my property. The Mowd team worked so hard and were a delight to have around.

Rich & Dan are professional, responsive and care greatly about the service they provide. I feel like a valued customer.

Recently took out the advanced subscription and have had 2 scheduled deliveries so far. I needed to ask advice, so used the chat function. I was answered quickly, and Dan was obviously very knowledgeable, very helpful and accommodating. Products themselves are great also. My lawn loved the seaweed treatment 👍

I've been really impressed with the customer service of Mowd along with their product. Being a novice in garden care, their website and you tube videos have been perfect to follow. I ordered the feels like summer fertilizer. I can see a difference in the lawn after just a couple of weeks. So much so I decided to do the monthly subscription. This has taken the headache out of what to do. Because the items are weighed to the quantity needed,I've no waste or extra to store. The online help for my beginners questions has been prompt,thorough and friendly.
I'm excited to see the continued results . I'd highly recommend based on my experience so far.

Good communications regarding availability and delivery

Mowd made available on YouTube an excellent 90min lawn renovation webinar which was the most comprehensive lawn care tutorial I’ve ever seen! Off the back of watching that I ordered grass seed and pre-seed fertiliser from their website. The site has a calculator to send the correct amounts, all you need to know is the square meterage of your lawn. Super easy and they even offered money off via a promo code supplied in the webinar. The seed and fertiliser arrived promptly with instructions on how to apply it to your lawn. Just waiting for the all important soil temps to rise to see whether the seed and fertiliser breaths new life into my lawn.
