I had a question about when to seed, and because of the hose pipe ban, would it be advisable to wait. Their advice was to wait, and that the seed could be purchased now or later, so no pressure to purchase- just good advice, and they responded within an hour. Excellent.

Had a problem originally, my error, but this was solved very quickly by the team would not hesitate to use this company again.

I’ve used the lawn pack to regenerate my lawn this summer. I had more than 50% bare soil, and in 4 weeks it was transformed. I followed the detailed instructions carefully and was very pleased with the result. I have also contacted the helpline today with some queries and had a response with the advice I needed within 2 hours. First class service.

I have had the subscription running and whilst I do not have any particular issue with what they do, I don’t want to carry on with the subscription. When you login, all they do is bounce you around the website and do not provide any way of doing this even though they show links for the account, subscription and managing the dates. Immoral behaviour. Went on the live chat - nobody on there.

So impressed with this company, you never know if its just another product that wont actually work or do anything ! Quite the opposite, even with the challenging summer (In terms of grass) we are having my grass is in a far better state than anyone elses and even with the little rain we have had in the last few days its recovering to its deep green colour already, very happy.
