I was trying to make sure that I got a call before they delivered my machine and was cut off and told that that’s pretty well standard procedure so I called a manager he took up for him
Might seem small but I was treated like I was a child
That’s enough for me to go somewhere else the next time

Estes is a terrible delivery company. TMG should not work with them any longer. The delivery company changed the delivery date twice after I confirmed the original date over the phone. They just texted me new dates without calling. I was able to call and get it switched back to the second date after they texted me the third date. Then, the link in the out for delivery text said the wrong date too. I had rented a tractor to unload the delivery, and was coordinating with our maintenance guy, so these date changes were very frustrating.

Tmg will call you check if you have necessary equipment and transportation before they deliver.
Everything was packaged well and delivered on time

Excellent service and so far the product has done a great job so far.

Nobody is perfect, But my experience was top notch and i have only one complaint, that the manufacturer could not give extra parts. Thank you TMG for the smooth and quick shipping

Ordered a skid steer snow blower for $6500 . Had to assembly a lot of the blower which took a couple of hrs . The hydraulic fittings on the motor were shipped damaged and not damaged on shipping cause motor was wrapped separately and there was no damage to wrapping . couldn't get the hydraulic hoses to seal . Spend a day emailing and on the phone to get fittings replaced . Still have no confirmation for replacing fittings, another day will pass still not abow to use and it will take a couple of days to get fittings . $6500 and can't use snow blower

Had what we needed to quote and was patient with the bidding process

Delivery, payment, very slow. Zero customer service. It took 25 days to deliver the material in stock with them. The motto says "Get things done" - I don't think they take it seriously

Advertising said " grand opening " australian stock , 3-5 days delivery.
No Australian stock ( I ordered a Skid Steer Skeleton Root Rake Grapple, 2600 LB Grapple Capacity, Twin Cylinders, 7" Tine Spacing, TMG-SRR72 ) It finally came after 24 days as it was not in Australia when I bought it . Tine width was advertised as 13mm / half inch. Not true, they are all 10mm width , except the bottom 2 outer are 14 mm and so they all bend too easily on roots.
I put a review one star ( similar to this ) on their site .... not published.

I was able to order my carport with easy online. Once I ordered I was asked the verify my address and if I had an onsite forklift, which I did. All in all it was very easy to order and receive my carport. I expect that the assembly will go smooth as well.

Great product quick delivery great friendly helpful staff

Received delivery today. No call. Dropped in driveway in good place. Package in good shape. Opened and found parts in good shape. Tracking terrible.

On time delivery very good product very easy to assemble I did it in three hours.

My order was processed and shipped very quickly. TMG was very good at keeping me informed of order and delivery status. Product was delivered right to my door as stated, even though my delivery location was difficult to get to.

Although the delivery went well, I am disappointed in the snowplow itself and would not recommend it because of a major flaw. I have taken pictures and will gladly share them with the product folks. Its a very easy and cheap fix that I'm shocked I need to show it.
