I have been ordering merchandise from Tobacco Stock.com for the past couple of years. Their products are always of highest quality and value. They also periodically send out coupons for further savings. And most of all their customer service and support are extremely helpful. False advertising shipoing options are…

False advertising shipoing options are all the same no matter if you spend extra for quicker shipping. All they will do is print your label and then ship it a week later all shipping optiions are the same and they never give you a tracking number you have to use order number and email on thier website

Second to NONE customer Service

I had a tricky shipping situation due to a mail forward order with the post office. I gave special instructions to TS (which they followed to the letter), and they got in in contact with me the minute it looked like there were going to be issues with my delivery. TS's customer service is way above and beyond anything I have seen in a very long time!

They just canceled my order for no reason buy from someone else your better off

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

Your order was canceled due to prior fraudulent activity associated with your account from 2022. At that time, an order was placed and a claim was filed through Route Shipping Protection. The claim was approved and the order was reshipped. After the reshipment, a chargeback was filed without any attempt to contact us to resolve the matter. We also attempted to contact you regarding this matter and requested that you cancel the dispute and provide confirmation, but we did not receive a response. As a result, your account was restricted to protect our business.

We apologize if you did not receive clear communication about this previously. Please understand that chargebacks should be used only as a last resort, as we are always willing to work with customers directly to resolve concerns whenever possible.

Please note our policy on chargebacks (note that we have switched shipping protection providers but the policy is still the same):

As a customer you have the right to file a chargeback if your product has not been delivered and we have not performed service in good faith. However, the customer must in good faith have attempted to resolve the issue with us prior to filing a charge back.

If you purchased Navidium protection with your order, this insurance policy will protect the customer due to loss or damage. No chargeback should occur with us, we are held harmless as the shipping protection provided by Navidium now supersedes. Navidium will take care of the customer issues with the shipment as long as proof of loss or damage is provided.

If a chargeback is issued against us in what we deem to be in a malicious or predatory fashion, we will ban the customer from shopping with us in the future.

Please note that this decision is final and cannot be reversed.

My order was lost by USPS in the last big snow/ice storm of 2026 (not a big surprise). I purchased the insurance for the order (nyvidium?) Tobacco Stock immediately made up the order. Excellent cust serv. Thanks Tobacco stock.
