Excellent natural pain relief!
I am 81 years old and suffer from arthritis. The pain in my hands is particularly bad at the moment, which makes carrying out daily tasks very difficult. I was recommended To Better Days patches by a friend in a similar position and have been really impressed.
The patches provide fast pain relief. I opted for the trial pack and used the small patches for my hands and the larger ones for my back. Thank you To Better Days! You've really made a difference.

No pain relief
I have osteoarthritis in my hypermobile joints. Sadly the patches had no effect. I tried them for three days on my shoulder. They adhered quite well, but my shoulder was a bit itchy. For comparison the patches are not as flexible to position as Nurofen plasters and as mentioned, they don't give any pain relief at all. I also tried using one on my painful ankle, but it didn't give any pain relief either and came unstuck after eight hour (while I was sleeping!).

Our products were dermatologically tested and classed as kind and safe for the skin. To avoid irritation or itchiness we recommend keeping the patch on for 8 hours and not applying it always in the same place. We also advise avoiding keeping the patches away from heat, as this might weaken the adhesive. Even though 83% of the people in our customer trial reported that the patches helped with their discomfort, we understand that when it comes to chronic pain, unfortunately, there are no one-size-fits-all solutions. Very little relief ...
Following the previous reviews I read before purchasing the pads, I was hoping that the product would be really effective but sadly not. Also following your recommendation I ordered the small pads but found they were far too small for the knee joint and found very little relief from the pain, sadly I won't be ordering again.

Just got a free patch in the post with something I had ordered for my horse! Had a very sore knee after a busy morning going up stairs at a water slide park. Couldn’t have been better timing!!! So I popped it on, not expecting any results really and within about half an hour I was pain free. I would say it lasted between about 4 or 5 hours before the pain came back. So it’s a thumbs up from me and I will be most definitely be ordering and using instead of the diclofenac patches I normally use!

Best product on the market for my arthritis.
Before i started using these the arthritis in my knee was so bad i struggled with every day task and walking.
From day one they have eased the pain so much that i can continue to work my long shifts as a home carer pain free

I got a trial pack after an Instagram…
I got a trial pack after an Instagram user recommended them for migraines. Today I put one on my back and within a few minutes my back pain was completely gone and I haven't been without pain for a long time. I was also starting to get a migraine before I applied the patch and it cleared it up too. I am so thankful for this as nothing else seemed to work on my chronic pain. I can't wait for all the good days I will have with these.

Used them a while ago but forgot to order some more as I didn't think they made much difference so for a few months I was without them I realised they were helping. They don't eliminate the pain fully but they do make it more bearable which is fine by me

I didn't really notice any pain relief but have been left with what looks like a cut where each end of the patch was.

So far they have worked! Managed to actually sleep! I have said so far as I'm really shocked it's worked and i keep thinking nahhhhh this is an illusion... but its been a miracle.. finally something that works... now have to sell a kidney! Works out expensive if you have pain in multiple places and I put on a few a day...

Waited until my elbow REALLY hurt to try it… it knocked the pain out!
I had been waiting for my elbow to flare up because I really wanted to see if they worked! One night I was sitting in front of my computer watching some videos for school and I noticed myself mindlessly rubbing my elbow (the muscles near the elbow and down my forearm tend to hurt after lots of writing, phone activity, typing, etc.) So I thought now is great time to try them! I kid you not, immediately upon placing it, I felt almost a numbness. Not tingly or anything but the pain sensation left! Even as I sit here holding my phone (which aggravates it) I’m comfortable! Whereas moments ago, the whole reason why I was intentionally watching videos for school was to give myself a break from writing and hurting my arm. Works very well used for arthritis in my knees but when it got later in the day when my knees normally get worse they had fallen off :-(

Sorry to hear that they fell off later in the day, normally the adhesive should last even for 24 hours. Knees can be a bit tricky as there is a lot of movement in that area, so we would recommend applying the patch in a slightly different place near the source of pain. Before applying the patch we would also advise washing and drying the area and then rubbing the patch and holding it in place for a few minutes - this should improve the adhesiveness. I was a sceptic but now a convert!
I was sceptical at the start, as a chronic pain sufferer I hoped it would help a little but I’m blown away!!
The pain patches help massively with tender joints and the migraine patches are awesome also, they do help, not as well as the joint patches personally but they do help!! Especially when I put them on my neck which is where my migraines start for me. I am blown away! 💗

I received a trial migraine patch pack, I was SHOCKED how well and quick the patch activates. I was unaware of tension points but the package has illustrated directions & ways to use up to 2 I’ve truly tried everything I possibly can from the pharmacy with no relief. I’ve just put an order in for a few migraine packs so I can have emergency supply on hand for my next migraine attack. The ingredients are simple, clean and effective. Although most people feel a benefit from using the migraine patches, like with any migraine product not everything works for every person. In this instance, we would suggest giving them a go in a few different locations if you have not already, some people found the most benefit from having two on the back of their neck, or one either side of the face up against the ear.
