Delivery arrived really quickly and well packaged but alas, the patches didn't stick at all. I got the trial pack and ended up putting then in the bin as none of them stuck where I wanted them.

When people experience this, we recommend holding them in place, rubbing the patch slightly to give the adhesive some time to warm and really stick to the skin. We also advise to make sure that the patches are applied to clean, dry skin free of any moisturisers or creams. We would love to send you another trial pack as a gesture of goodwill, we are confident that if you follow the above advise the patches will stick firmly and can hopefully help you. Bad experience .
Sadly I had a bad experience with the patches . After my first day of using the patch which I had placed on my back . After I had removed the patch my back felt very sore . I asked my husband to look to see why I had soreness and he said that where the patch had been it had left a huge blister and then it had taken the skin off . He said it was like raw meat . I am still having the nurse coming in to dress the wound .

The patches are dermatologically tested and classified as kind and safe to the skin but in some rare cases where people are allergic to adhesive or have particularly sensitive skin they can have reactions. This is the first we have heard of an extreme reaction like this one, it sounds very unpleasant for you. I am going to send you an email now to see if there's anything we can do to help.

However, on occasions people with allergies or skin sensitivity may react to the adhesive. We are also sad to hear that you did not notice any improvement. Even though in our customer trials 80% of people felt a difference in pain levels within the first day of usage, we do appreciate that each body and condition is unique and when it comes to chronic pain, there are no one-size fits all solutions. Well what can I say it works I have osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, sciatica, herniated discs but I was using CBD patch but not strong enough but these patches have given me more comfort and sleep better and my sciatica has ebbed off Which was really effecting my right leg thank you I will be ordering more

Worn large patch on lower back as…
Worn large patch on lower back as stated 24 hrs plus. Felt absolutely no difference at all. Tried a second and then a third but felt nothing nor had any improvement. Maybe because my problem is deep rooted and to far for patch to have any effect. Sorry, not for me.
