Tokopedia Avis 

When checking out for the items, they mostly forced us to use insurance. We cannot reject it because no option to reject it. That’s why I move to shop to the other shopping online providers.

I had a few good orders from Tokopedia, but usually it's me submitting a complain, translating in Google Translate, and waiting for my products which I ordered with NEXT DAY delivery.

Although most times I get a refund, my items never arrive on time, and by the time they arrive, I change locations.

This was my last purchase.

I had an awful experience with Tokopedia; literally hours of my day were deprived of me toggling between Google translate and their instructions on how to recover the items that I purchased. Neither their site nor app is in English and the customer service is non-existent. Moreover, my account was hijacked by some hapless hacker and Tokopedia offered no support to assist me. If in Indonesia, use Shopee and Lazada. Avoid Tokopedia at all costs, or it will cost you!

actually tokopedia is a very good market place platform in my opinion, especially the guaranteed warranty, but unfortunately if I use free shipping, the shipping is very long. I am very sad.

This is the WORST platform. Do not order anything from this place as you will pay money and never receive your product. You also never get any refund for the money you paid. The merhcant says its not their issue, it is tokopedia's and tokopedia does not respond or provide solution.
DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM.

The seller claimed to have delivered to my address in Bali, but no such delivery has been made, and the seller and his courier continues to make false claims about how the delivery had been apparently made, stating for example that the delivery was into my 'letter box', whereas there is NO letter box at my address. Interest Shop Online is not to be trusted and appears to be working in collusion with a dishonest Tokopedia!

Just DONT order from this company. Im impressed by their inefficient service. I ordered some things for a party it was very important for me. They didn’t deliver on time. Also they don’t have english option in webpage. Just avoid the troubles. They don’t take it seriously and some things are important for us.

Impossible to buy here, all the site is Indonesian, and even Google Translate is unable to translate their webpages.
Although I have managed to get to set the address for shipments, it is impossible to select any other destination except Indonesia. A waste of time.

Ordered a laptop on a Friday with express delivery so i paid extra to get it quickly. Due to arrive on Saturday or Sunday so I did not leave home since nobody would be there to receive it and I did not want an expensive item left with a neighbor.

Now Monday and neither Tokopedia nor its courrier, Tiki, can advise when the laptop will be delivered. Tracking shows it arrived in my city on Sunday morning -- it's now more than 24 hours later.

Tokopedia advises that I cannot cancel (I already bought a new laptop at a shop because I could not wait any longer) but that if it does not arrive by Thursday it will automatically cancel. No refund even of extra money paid for expedited delivery.

If I pick the package up, I presume I would be taking responsibility for any damage so not a good option.

So while I wait for Tiki to respond to my inquiry about when the package will be delivered or if I can collect it, I write this review advising against trusting either Tokopedia or Tiki to meet its commitments.

Works customer service ever. Never use this app. Absolutely horrible

I think y'all need to buy from merchants that have 5 stars, don't ever trust cheap items.
Be a smart buyer and check those merchants, don't be fools 👍

They are similar to scam, first will do you fine, then soon after, they will start having weird problems here and there. They will then keep whatever amounts/ money that you got there and start telling you that you have violated their terms and condition. Then they will not tell you no matter how you asked of what you did wrong. Once you keep asking them, they will end your conversation so there will be nothing you can do. Better avoid them. The money they trying to steal aren't much from each customers, but it will add up over time. Such clever scam

Easy to use and great selection of good.

Pursuant below - I finally got a smart customer service person to help me reset though the phishing merchant did make away with USD 100 by fraudulent methods through the Tokopedia system.

It is a pathetic system. There is no control over their online shops set up by scamming merchants of which there are plenty. Besides having to hastily cancel my order for an item worth IDR 13,5 Million, I am still holding my breath if Tokopedia who deducted the money will return it to me or simply pay the merchant for delivering nothing. When I informed Tokopedia of the scam, they immediately blocked my account and now it is impossible to contact them because they have no direct contact except through the application which I cannot access because they blocked.
God help us indeed from these amateur systems like Tokopedia.

Many fake sellers, and your money will not return!

Online seller sent wrong items, asked Tokopedia to mediate as seller was unresponsive, final outcome; wrong item was not exchanged, no return of payment. Tokopedia is offering English + Indonesian on their website, only limited chat support (Indonesian only) and no option to call anymore. Is that your new policy Tokopedia, to make it increasingly more difficult for buyers to contact you? Your low rating on Trustpilot is not an incident!

This Company TOKOPEDIA.com are thieves,.. they owe me rwefunds of approx %)0 US Doll;ars fior more than a month now,.. 3 different transactions ,, but they keep saying they checking with the bank,.. I have heard this is happening to a lot of customers now as TOKOPEDIA are about to go Bankrupt as they have no more working capital,.. you cannot call them,.. you cannot email them,.. all you can do is talk to a ROBOt who says SORRY,... sorry doesn't get my money back,.. buyers beware of this HUGE SCAM opoeration
