Tom and Toto staff are friendly and caring. My Tinkerbell loves going there. They are very aware of her needs as she is an English bulldog. She is well looked after. She loves it there. Would not send her anywhere else. Keep up the good work Tom and Toto

Our dog absolutely loves going to Tom and Toto. She runs into the day care centre excited to arrive and see the carers. The online update at the end of the day is very reassuring to know what they have done and see them with the other dogs. The team are friendly and welcoming. I also love the social dog walks they organise at major holidays.

Brilliant doggie daycare with amazing staff. My doggie loves his day care days with lots of fun and games and super care by all the support team.

I didn't think I could leave my (rather clingy) dog anywhere and feel 100% confident he'd be happy to be there all day, until we tried Tom and Toto. After his first day, he's pulled to go in and see his furry (and human) pals every time we arrive - full canine approval given! Knowing that he is kept happy and entertained by such a brilliant and friendly dog loving team gives such peace of mind. The daily photo and 'school report' always makes me smile too, knowing how my fur boy has spent his day 😊🐾❤️

We put our cockapoo in to Tom and toto about 6 months ago. He was a nervous wreck at home alone and with other dogs. Within a month he was a brand new dog. He bounce into his sessions. He absolutely love it. Molly and Cory are very professional and always polite. My favourite extra you get is email of photos of your dog through the day.

How lucky we are to have Tom and Toto, all the staff are so caring, kind and give great advice if needed.
They have gone above and beyond to help me when my husband hasn't been well (Thank you Marie). Our doggies cannot wait to get in there and come home happy and tired. It has been great for our little rescue and given her alot of confidence

What an absolutely amazing place! 😊 We recently moved to the area and with an incredibly nervous small dog we were worried about how we would find suitable daycare for 2 days a week. We shouldn’t have worried when we were lucky enough to find Tom and Toto! From the really friendly staff to the lovely woodland setting it is perfect! Bertie is so so happy there, we even get a little pup date every day to let us know what he has been up to, along with some pictures, we really never have to worry about anything as they even pick up and drop off! if I could give 6 stars I would! 😊

Billy has been hand-stripped and bathed twice now. Each time he has been happy (and he's a big, strong, lively puppy) and has come home looking and smelling great.

Tom and Toto are just the best! Bentley our Cocker Spaniel has been going here since we got him, just under a year ago.
He started with social club on a Saturday and on dog walks twice a week. He met so many friends. While on walks when he was a puppy Tom and Toto were careful not to over exercise him. As soon as he was old enough, he joined day care and absolutely loves going twice a week to see his friends and the team. He gets so excited in the mornings waiting to be picked up he nearly pulls the teams arms off to get in their car haha.
He comes one happy tired little boy and he is still tired the next morning! We love getting his end of day report with pics to see what he has been up to.

My fur baby Luna has been doing daycare with Tom and Toto for nearly a year. They give a rounded service of care that includes (but not limited) learning tricks,teaching appropriate play and encouraging sniffing and basic commands. The dogs make friends and I can tell you Luna loves going and gets super excited. There is always feedback and advice (if asked for) and a photo and daily report after daycare. They do a pick up drop off service (waiting list). They are very reasonably priced. If you just want to socialise your pup on a Saturday there is a Saturday social and dog pawrent join and they also do a walking service.
I believe there is a doggy sleepover service but this was a little out of my price range. All the staff are,not only, lovely people but professionals who have so much experience in animal care with a couple doing master in the area, a dog behaviourist and the owner worked for London Zoo and Kruger Park in South Africa. You can't get better, you really can't! They have won awards type of you can't get better. PS. I don't work for them nor am I sponsored! I just believe in what they do and really appreciate the service and care they give Luna!

Amazing daycare and day walks. The staff are fantastic with dogs and they are patient and kind with dogs with anxiety!
They treat them as their own pet and show so much love! Wouldn’t send Fudge anywhere else.

We've been with Tom + Toto ever since we got our Romanian rescue puppy in Nov 2021. They visited us at home for personalised advice and when she was old enough she went to daycare at White House Farm, which worked absolute wonders for her! We've been members of their social club from the start and Saturday mornings are the highlight of our week.
Everyone we've met has been so kind, friendly and knowledgeable about dogs and their care really shines through.
We're frequently recommending T+T to other dog owners as they're just the best:)

Our cocker spaniel has been with T&T since April 2022 and we would not change a thing! Every single member of the T&T are great and care for all of the pups just like they are their own! Super at booking dogs in last minute too for those last minute meetings you can’t get out of! Thanks team!

Milo our sausage dog absolutely loves Tom & Totos!! And so do we 😊 Staff are amazing and always accommodating. The daycare centre is great and so much for them to do!

A team that genuinely care about the animals they look after, Tom and Toto are a great bunch of people.

The animals love them, and are always well taken care of. All visits are reported back so you know what's gone on, and never need to worry about what's going on with your pet.

Would highly recommend using them for all pet care or daycare needs!

A very small portion of the current staff are experienced and confident enough to give larger dogs the exercise they need off lead, something which has changed from when I first started using the service. The prices became extortionate, and although I understand we are in a high inflation economy, to put a service up £7 A DAY overnight is ridiculous and sorely misplaced in todays dog walking market rates. With millions of people struggling, and after 3 years of me personally paying on time every time, I had a CCJ issued for £70 measly pounds. An amount I religiously paid 3-5 times more to them each month for 3 years. It really doesn’t show the company in a good light when loyal and consistent customers are struggling to put the food on the table, struggling to keep a roof over their heads, and the director of Tom and Toto decides to damage that persons financial security even further for years to come. Money grabbing doesn’t quite cover it.

Company in 2 parts some are excellent, knowledgeable and caring, some are harsh, outdated and unpleasant. Depending what day you go and who is on duty. Did not feel comfortable leaving my dog there as on bad days they used slip lead that made him choke, and he came home thirsty and unhappy

Toto offers a fabulous service and are completely trustworthy. They sent us images of our cats while we were away, which took away all our concerns about them, and allowed us to attend a family event in Scotland with no stress at all.

I am very grateful to Simon and his team for their professionalism. We will definitely be using Toto again.
