I have had two pieces of furniture from Tom Schneider and I was very pleased with the whole process from ordering my bespoke pieces. The quality of the work is excellent. The items were ordered at different times. The time schedule from ordering to receiving the items was seamless. I was kept up to date with delivery. The items were delivered and unpacked for my inspection before signing for receipt. I would definitely recommend Tom Schneider for your bespoke furniture.

Firstly the quality of the product here is exceptional. We have 4 pieces in our living room and receive many compliments from visitors. Secondly the service from the staff in the office is fantastic and they are super clear with the timelines when ordering. Would recommend.

We recently bought a coffee table, but due to the small size of our new flat we contacted the helpful staff at TS and they were able to make a smaller (thinner) coffee table as a bespoke one off piece. The customer service was brilliant, the delivery time was very good considering it was a bespoke piece, and the quality is outstanding. TS is not cheap, but you get what you pay for, and in our view our coffee table is worth every penny. Cannot recommend highly enough. Bruce and Diana.

Ordered 2 DNA lamp tables which were delivered within the time frame given by a team of two men who were very polite and unpacked the tables with care.
The build and design of these tables is of a very high quality, we already have several other pieces of furniture from Tom Schneider which we are very pleased with.
Of all the quality furniture designers we have looked at nothing compares to Toms unique and beautiful designs and also comes with a very high build quality.
Would happily recommend to anyone.

Visited the showroom which did not have the taper unit but we were able to see the quality of the products and ask Rosa our many questions. we bought the unit on this visit and the unit arrived two days later. Communication before and after delivery was good and we are very pleased with our purchase. For information although the unit fits a 55 in TV you need to check it is middle mounted as we have a 42 in TV with feet either end and it it only just fits.

I was very taken with the designs of Tom Scneider and although more expensive than I wanted for a coffee table I took the plunge and ordered one. When it arrived, not only did the design exceed my expectations but the standard of craftsmanship was supurb.
Additionally Delivery was quick and all communication efficient and prompt.

Once we decided to look for a statement piece of furniture, it was only Tom Schneider. The design and style is wonderful. Dealing with them directly was easy and a pleasant experience and now we have the furniture which came exactly when the team said it would, we are delighted with our new table.

Tom Schneider Furniture is absolutely stunning. Everyone that I have over comments on the console table that we bought. We then proceeded to add two bedside tables and a sideboard for the bedroom. Customer Service was excellent. They delivered on time and the people who did the delivery and install with white glove service. Highly recommend.

I purchased a Taper Media Unit - a fabulous piece of furniture - stylish and beautifully made. The icing on the cake was the customer service and in particular the delivery - the guys who delivered it were on time, courteous, helpful and cheerful (a much underestimated attribute!).

This is quite simply the most beautiful furniture I have ever seen and became a little addicted if honest! It’s exquisitely made and designed and looks so unique when in place. Ordering was easy and delivery excellent with great care taken with each piece as it was removed from packaging. Only wish my house was bigger so I could get more pieces!

Ordered a coffee table. Lovely piece of furniture; a statement piece! Looks great in situ. Gets compliments. Communication with the company was appropriate. I took advantage of a discount code and saved a bit of money.

We bought a desk and wave coffee table direct from Tom Schneider.
Both items were delivered when expected by a courthouse and helpful deliver team who unpacked the items and removed the packaging.
The furniture itself is stunning. Looks fantastic and the build quality is exceptional.

After downsizing my large oval Tom Schneider table was too large for my new home. The table looked stunning and was still in excellent condition …. what to do? I photographed the table and contacted a homeless charity who on viewing the quality of the table drove for over an hour to collect it. No doubt they knew that this was a special item that could be sold to generate much needed funds.

My smaller replacement Tom Schneider Swirl table is as beautiful as my last Tom Schneider table. Delivery and assembly was efficient with care taken to site the table in the perfect spot. There can be no greater recommendation than a returning customer!
