First of all, the pens are great. I am a returning customer and every pen delivers/has delivered.
The website is clear, ordering feels easy. And (as a EU customer) I like the fact that customs are being taken care of.
I would and will definitely order there again.
Oh, and as a side note, their tea is great, too.

Tom’s Studio is incredible. The products are brilliant and very well-made, and you can feel the love for what they do in everything down to the packaging. It’s a pleasure to open one of their product, and it’s a pleasure to use it every day. I have a few of their products (the Wren, both the pocket and normal studio fountain pen, the Ori) and I’m still using all of them without issue.

I was delighted to see Tom’s Studio had added a highlighter to their range so ordered one immediately. It’s made to the same high standard as all their other pens and is a perfect addition to my growing collection of Tom’s Studio pens.
The next day delivery was an added bonus!

This is my 2nd purchase from Tom’s Studio and I’m thrilled with all the items I received. The pens are so well made and I’m loving the foray into art supplies and the recycled paintbrush handles and brush rest. What a great idea.

Beautiful pens, that actually make me want to write. Easy to re-ink and pens that I will be using for a long, long time. Also, excellent customer service and fast delivery.

I have several different Tom's Studio pens from Lumos and Wren, Studio pocket and now Ori. I love them all however my favorite and most fun is my Studio Pocket with an Architect nib. What a fun writing instrument and it stays wet and ready even when capped for days/even weeks. The Ori has been fun to work with as well and the rest are used all the time.

Tom's Studio carries a high-quality and extensive stock of all things for fountain pen enthusiasts. They are timely with shipping, given their location in England. They also provided free shipping on my purchases. They also send out emails offering any help one might need for their products. I have really liked the Lumos pens, and I have bought the single and duo pens. I also purchased the Wren, which I am impressed with—good company with knowledgeable staff. I will continue to purchase things from them.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Tom's Studio - the Lumos is genius and works exactly as advertised. I now also have a pencil and the highlighter. No more need for a mug full of half dead plastic pens and dull pencils. Their customer service is spot on and the video tutorials on their site are excellent and easy to find when I need a reminder on how to refill. Shipping is prompt - even all the way to California!

Well made beautiful products. Packaged well with lovely treats like unusual teabags . Embossed boxes . Products arrive quickly. I love using the pens and gifts have been very well received. Will continue to buy from this company and recommend 😊.

Tom’s Studio has taken over my office and creative spaces - I love their pens, inks and all the little bits and bobs they have created. It feels great to waste less with their reusable pens and I love supporting such a wonderful small business.

I purchased the 3-pack of the Ori highlighters. These are just so thoughtfully created and are so pretty. They have a good weight to them and are easy to unscrew/screw the caps on and off. It is very easy to fill up the ink and it's so nice that these come with three types of nibs. All the colors look good on paper and over pen ink. I'll be getting plenty of use out of these.
I received these right away. They came in beautiful packaging and with a tea bag just like all the other orders I've receive from Tom's Studio.

It started with one pen. 3 months later I have six of them. I adore these pens. The quality is outstanding and I suspect I still don't have enough pens from Tom's Studio.

I absolutely love these pens! I requested and received a wren for Christmas and never looked back! I now have the duo, three bottles of ink, and the highlighters. So high quality. Perfect for journaling or whatever writing needs you have.

I've made a few purchases from Tom's Studio, and they've all been wonderful. I love the easy refills of the fibre tip pens, and the pens themselves are so beautiful. Our orders arrived quickly, and the packaging is lovely. We have a couple of the Wrens that we've been using for the last year and we continue to love them. Bonus that the lids are made with recycled materials.

I've very excited about my new Ori pens because they were announced while I just happened to be looking for a refillable brush-style pen! Perfect! The colours are beautiful, and I love the weight of the Ori in my hand.

Tom’s Studio continues to develop unique and beautifully crafted products as well as provide an excellent customer service experience. Any time I’ve had a question, Tom’s team replied at light speed. I honestly don’t know how they do it! Sometimes product proliferation leads to slippage in some part of the chain but not here. I recommend them to all of my friends and jump on each new product :). As an alumna of Harvard Business School, I think Tom’s company would make an excellent subject for a case study!

Tolle spezielle Produkte für Stifte-Liebhaber. Wirklich sehr besonders. Der Service falls wirklich mal etwas kaputt sein sollte, ist auch top!
