Anything that takes the fight out of part of your day is a win
Products are delivered in good time. In fact recently my order was delayed, I reached out and was immediately sent a replacement. I now have my entire household on TONIC products. Both my children are autistic and the Calm gummies have been vital, getting my youngest to settle (don’t get me wrong he hasn’t miraculously started going to sleep at 8pm instead of 2am) however he has stopped grinding his teeth which used to sound excruciatingly painful and he is settled and asleep by midnight. Which from where we were that’s an absolute win! My boys have no issues taking them they tell me they are yummy so it isn’t a fight. They take the multi vitamin, omega 3 and the calm and they look forward to getting them. The fact that these products are full of the stuff they need makes me feel like check done every time!

Had a problem with delivery and the…
Had a problem with delivery and the carriers returned to sender, this problem was quickly sorted out and I received it a couple of days later, great response. The product itself is clean to the taste and easy to drink, massive taste difference to tap water and I am using it as a replacement. Will buy again.

Got delivered promptly… I used it for London marathon ( prior to that for long runs ) … taste is very different to others … feels like a tasty treat …dissolves smoothly.. not bits left at the end … I not be looking else where for next marathon… did a brilliant job .. I felt hydrated throughout the marathon.. 5 stars

Subscription update ignored
I have been using this product for a while but I have a lot in stock. I delayed my subscription by 3 months. Received a pleasant confirmation. But sadly my order and money has been taken and product again on way. I’ve now cancelled (hopefully) my subscription completely. Their customer service looked efficient but appearances can be deceptive.

Faulty tubes do not buy or no money back …
Me and my family have buying Tonic orange blood 4 in 1 hydration tablets for a very long time. My last purchase of 3 tubes which cost me £27 were all faulty as the lid just wouldnt open properly that i had to use a knife or something sharp as was sick of damaging my nails. I wrote to the head office (Team Tonic) who refuse to do anything about it as wasn’t purchased directly from there but Holland & Barrats. I think this is appalling customer service as this company isn’t the cheapest and the fact we are long standing loyal customers. Will never buy from them again!

Unfortunately as your purchase was made through Holland & Barrett, any refund or replacement would need to go through them as the retailer.
- this is not something we’re able to override from our end as we have no transaction to refund against.

Great Product.
We have been using the gummies for our 10yr old and the dissolvable 4-1 immunity vitamins for myself 58. Our 10yr old loves the taste. She hasn't had the bugs from school over the winter. Just one small sniffle. I'm not as tired as I was and no colds for me neither. Love the taste as I don't like sweetened products. I have a subscription and will continue to use. Next thing I am looking at is the omega 3 gummies. Thanks Tonic.
