TonneauCovered.com Avis

The price was outstanding and Shaun was a pleasure to deal with. The cover arrived on time and was exactly what I ordered. I will definitely do business with these people again.

VERY shady. Had to email to get prices and they wouldnt send me the prices on what I asked for - instead just sent me very pricy options instead of the 2 I asked for. REPEATEDLY had to send my truck info and what I wanted and STILL didnt get it. I think they might sell your information as well - they wanted me to send a receipt from the other company I bought from and theyd give me a $5 account credit - LOL no

Shaun did a great job guiding me to exactly what I needed!

Had a good experience. The roll n lock was going to take longer to receive than I had as I was going out of town.I called and they were able to get it to me within a couple of days. Thanks for the great service.

Great customer service! They're was an issue with my first order which was due to the manufacturer not TonneauCovered. The folks at TonneauCovered mad things right and I ended up saving money an another cover that is just as good in my opinion.

Pathetic excuse for shipping box. Arrived damaged and a 4th grader can do a better job of packaging this product.

They'll take your money and never ship the cover. You'll have to dispute the charge to get your money back. Then you'll continue to get emails asking if you like your cover, or if anything went wrong, and what they can to to fix it. It will even have the "owners" name on it. But when you email the"owner" he never replies. Just spend the extra money and buy it from a real company.

This is the second Bed Cover I have purchased from Tonneau Covered. I received and installed my Rough Country Bed Cover and Husky Floor Mats. Both are doing exactly what I was looking for. Thanks again. You will be the first place I look when I need something else in the future. I will also recommend you whenever someone asks me about a Bed Cover or Floor Mats.

Knowledgeable professional information. Great price and fast delivery. Being kept informed of each change in delivery status.

After 3 weeks of endless excuses as to why my order didn’t ship, I cancelled my order. Had to file a dispute with my credit card company to refund my money. Save yourself time and energy and order from someplace else.

delivery issues and not keep updated until i called. then was told i would receive a call back and i did not,
until i called again

Best price I found anywhere. Shipping took a little longer than expected. 10-12 days, but was worth it for the price.

JC was great getting information and helping me get a great price on the Lomax Stance.

The company communicate decent but they are a middle man which means they by have any control over production or shipping. It takes weeks and sometimes a month to even get the item shipped. You just have to decide if the cheaper price is worth the wait.

Once I was in contact with the company I ordered a tonneau cover that I wanted and put a down payment on it until my truck was going to be delivered. After some research on Real Truck's website, I found out I didn't get the correct cover ordered that I wanted, so I called back and was able to change my order to the correct cover before I sent the balance of the payment and received delivery. Once the order was shipped I received it in a few days and I'm still waiting for my truck. lol

Shaun is awesome! I’ve purchased bed covers for two trucks from him and a set of Amp Research XL running boards. You will not beat the customer service or price anywhere. Do your research, but I promise you can’t do better than Shaun and Tonneau Covered!

We got great service and really liked the roll-up tonneau that we bought. I'd definitely buy from them in the future.

I had been shopping online for a cover for my new 2025 Chevy High Country.

Sean called me as soon as I put a question in chat. Not only did he advise what cover to buy based upon my needs, but he also had the best price and shipping was free! To top things off, the cover arrived at my home in about 4 days!

Install was easy and my 4 fold hard cover was a PERFECT fit!

From the ease of placing the order to the quick delivery the service was outstanding. Not only was that the case, they matched the lowest price I had received. I definitely would recommend using TonneauCovered.com

I got the lowest price I could find online.
I was happy with my bed cover. They helped me pick out the correct one. They gave me several quotes in the process of me figuring out with cover was best for my needs. They were good at answering all my questions.
