I ordered an outfit, which took an age to arrive, when it did the item of clothing was unsuitable, sent email as it states to find out how to return the item, I sent three altogether no response. My last email I got replies saying we have responded but actually responded with nothing. Now stuck with an outfit that's unsuitable and having to pay for. I will never order from this site ever again. So to anyone thinking about it, I'd stay well clear.

Ordered from what I thought was a uk company. Took 6 weeks to arrive. Poor quality and I have tried countless times to email , messenger them etc they actually blocked me!! No means to return despite me pleading for a refund and return address. Sent me a support email in Chinese!! Absolutely sham I have started a claim on PayPal to try and retrieve my hard earned cash back. Would give 0 if I could. Oh and on the same day of purchase I ordered a couple of dresses from another company called Alively weirdly both items received in the same parcel!! The dresses weren’t suitable either and have had exactly the same trouble trying to return for a refund there too. They actually emailed me and asked me to close the dispute with PayPal and then they would refund me erm….. absolutely not. AVOID.

If I could give 0 I would.
Quick enough to take payment, took almost 6 weeks to arrive and even after a week of daily emails still not able to return the items.

Absolutely awful. I purchased a garment which turned out not to be suitable. There are no return instructions or lable in package. I have emailed 3 times, sent a messaged on messenger & posted on Face book but no reply/ response at all.
I now have a garment which us unsuitable and waisted my money. Absolutely disgraceful!

Received item, it was not the same colour as advertised on their website. I sent them an email asking how to return and they have completely ignored me. You can't return an item unless they give you an address which can only be done via email in which they ignore. Terrible customer service!! Avoid this company at all costs.

We bought some polygel kits from this place and they were absolutely terrible. Wouldn't cure under the LED lamp. I had to chuck them in the bin. Absolute waste of money and huge mess!

Received today, really poor quality, sizes aren't true to size , would not use this site again

I don't even remember asking for the item I received. I don't recall the order not cos am drinking and making orders left right and centre. I bought apparently a 2 piece shorts and top. The top was different from picture and too big even though I apparently ordered a medium and it was so big. Ordered refund on a purchase of £22.99 and asked if okay in an email when requesting to send it back if I would accept £12. Anyone else had this experience......shifty

Been trying for weeks to get a reply as to how I return an item not getting any answers this site should be taken down as they are a joke

So! After reading the poor reviews to this site I thought I would give a review too.
Absolutely fantastic!
Just received my item and I’m so pleased with the fit and quality.
I have to admit I was dubious as to whether I would get my delivery… But I did.

On the downside and it has nothing to do with toohap I received a text message and a link for missing info with a 12hr deadline! 🫣 I did not open it. Supposed to be from Evri be aware do not open the link!
My item was delivered.

All updates were on the tracking number on the email so was very easy to track my package.

Absoutley disgusted in this company!
Pleaced order 24th March and nothing, I have paid by Klarna and they wont help either. Klarna are useless. I've provided evidence and still won't cancel the payment

This company is using nicola no Angel on there website...she has nothing to do with them and has her own clothing brand if you want good quality google her brand

Ordered in January, nothing received. Can't track shipment without downloading some app which I'm not doing. Little ways to contact them, ridiculous

Ordered bras from them end of January so have waited a month and they still haven’t arrived did manage to email them they asked me to wait as it was a holiday then they asked me to wait again another 2 weeks now they are answering any of my emails but they have taken my money terrible company do not order from them .

Absolutely appalling company. Customer care also crap. I ordered a pack of 2 bras and after loads of chasing emails wondering why my package was it arrived. It was not good quality and nor the right quantity. I emailed again and told them I only received 1 but that one was awful I wanted a refund. Email back said they were posted separately. A week on it’s not here. I emailed back to say I didn’t want 2nd one only a refund. Email back saying they were closed. Nothing since. Do not touch this firm

Bought the ‘buy one get one free’ offer. They looked nice when the arrived 3 weeks later! But were far to small, even though they were my size! I gave them to a friend who wore one twice and it came to pieces. The stuffing is coming out of the sides. Looks like really bad stitching. I also didn’t get any confirmation of sale as promised in ad.
