Great experience from start to finish. Would recommend toolsave first class service

All straight forward ordering and next day delivery
What’s not to like? Happy customer. Thank you.

i reviewed the items on many sites prior to ordering, was impressed with not only the price but the excellent service having them delivered, haven't used the items yet but from getting them out of the box they seem very well made and hopefully will get the performance to match.

Order placed late Wed and was given postal tracker number which did not work initially and reported this by email which was promptly replied. The item had not been received to courier at the time. However after anxious waiting I received early Sat. So was pleased with the service as I thought it may be after the bank holiday Monday.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. All were very knowledgable about the products etc. Nothing seemed too much trouble, one member even offered to deliver it for me due to the weight of the product. Brilliant service, thank you.

Purchased item on their ebay store. Item broke after first use. Seller agreed to a return and refund but only refunded half of the money saying they couldn’t find a fault with it. Then completely ignoring any messages. Feedback left after the purchase has also disappeared so their seller ratings are fake. After the refund was going to buy the same item from them again as I understand that sometimes you get a faulty one but after all this experience I won’t be spending a penny with this business anymore. Shame really that you are willing to loose customers and reputation for the sake of £20.

Placed order, informed it was ready to collect, ready when I got there, straightforward and easy

Living on the Isle of Wight, we purchase a great deal online. The service we have received from a wide variety of companies and carriers varies considerably: Some deliver free and in good time, some charge inflated delivery prices, and some won’t deliver to the island at all. I ordered a pillar drill weighing 40kg from Toolsave on 14th March. It was dispatched the same day, and delivered f.o.c by DPD before noon the following day; 15th. This is quite simply the finest service I have received from any company and carrier. Needless to say; they will be at the top of my go-to list in the future.

Toolsave has a great selection of quality power tools at competitive prices. Order placed on Tue and received item from DHL on Thurs via free delivery. Very pleased with my 20v Nail Gun kit and can't fault the service from Toolsave.

The machine was priced well
Also with next day free delivery made them as competitive as anyone else, machine arrived next morning very pleased, thankyou

good quality products at competitive price and friendly staff

Delivery time and service was very good particularly how close it was to the Christmas craziness. The actual product didn't really do the job of pulling the rear wiper bush from it's axle as the puller arms and claw were not long enough or deep enough to envelope the entire wiper bush. but was enough to pull the plastic casing off the aluminium section, allowing me to cut it away with a hack-saw. But I could have just used a hack saw from the get go without needing the tool - but I wanted to try to do it properly. But maybe it's not designed for the very old A-class rear wiper. but for £ 9.00 it wasn't too painful a purchase and I'll hang on to it... It'll probably come in handy for other jobs.

Great products, prompt delivery and excellent customer service!!!, Not to mention reasonable prices. A *******

Excellent lathe very well made. Super fast delivery & well packaged. Having said that it would benefit from a wider tool rest

Excellent service no complaints whatsoever

Easy to purchase, but not yet recieved. So unable to rate the product. Problems with delivery

Great service, no hassle, thank you.
