I placed my order through Amazon but wanted the item immediately as a Prime customer but it wasn't offered.
Saw a phone number near to the description of the item and called the company i purchased from directly and spoke to the lovely Dan who was more than happy to accommodate.
Received my order less than 24 hours later.

Will use this company again.

I was abit wary about the website at first ,took a chance ordered a brocket and the delivery came within 3 days ! 10/10 will order from here again when more things get added

I foolishly purchase a replica 18V Makita battery from this company February 2013, after a few months it stopped working and wouldn't take a charge! That's when the problems started....

Firstly the company wanted me to pay return postage;- it's a faulty product I shouldn't have to pay to return the item!

Secondly, after finally paying to return the item, they have the faulty battery and I have not received a replacement, or refund or payment of return postage.

Since then they have ceased communicating with me, they simply do not respond to anything, presumably to push me past the 12 month warranty period? They will go out of their way to avoid any contact and therefore avoid paying a refund?

They claim to have sent me a replacement battery, but I have never received a replacement battery and the bogus tracking number doesn't work with any provider (note they didn't provide a courier name!)?

They do not respond to emails, letter, text, calls, etc.

Their products are substandard (didn't fit properly in tool!) and should be avoided at all costs!

Choose genuine battery for your kit, a bit more expensive but you get a quality product and some 'real' warranty.

Better that then deal with these fraudsters!
