Excellent Customr Service
Recently purchased an item that within 1 month, began to rip in a few places. Contacted TooTimid via email and explained.
Service rep responded quickly assuring me full replacement or value towards another item since it was within the 1 yr warranty period.
I chose another item of greater value and paid the difference.

the company does not accept returns or give refunds even when the box is not open. So i have items that i decide not to want and cannot return for a refund.

Legit company
Legit company! Amazing products, top of the line. I’ve never not liked anything I’ve ever bought & I’ve bought quite a lot. I have my eye on another toy for the G-Spot. A person can never have enough toys! Some may be pricey but they are worth it!! This is my go too store. They back their products as well with some having a 1 year guarantee.

Second time ordering
Ordered 2 products. The tracking app said it had arrived the package had not arrived emailed the help desk they asked me to wait 1 more day just incase it showed up on the 5 day of shipping. The next day it showed up I received an email asking if I had received it. Very pleased they followed up and answered all quesrions
