Got scammed 70 euros (bought a hoops backpack), they ignore your mails and they dont send you the package, also they make a fake tracking order

Topball is a scam. Stay away!
They have sent me a basketball that loses air, and they want me to pay for shipping it back...to Thailand! No customer service, just a boot produced answer. The ball was very cheap, but it's not worth the money; it's rubbish.
Still nothing from this company in terms of a refund which has now been item days since I placed the order and have received nothing. Contacted them on many occasions and all I get back is "its in transit" showed them the information from delivery company saying that they have lost the item and that I need to contact topball for a refund and still nothing. Scam of a company. You should be ashamed of yourselves for stealing people's hard earned money

I would strongly avoid this company. I ordered three pairs of compression shorts and one arrived defective, with the logo peeling off straight away. All the items were also too small so I tried to return them in line with their own policy.
That was over a month ago. Since 1 November I’ve emailed, used their web chat and chased multiple times. They have not given me any return instructions, have not progressed the return and have not responded in any meaningful way. I’m now having to go through my credit card provider to get my money back.
Really poor service and a complete lack of basic communication. Also very unlikely genuine product received.
DO NOT PURCHASE from this site.
Ordered from the store over $250 of gear. Contacted them over 3 times via their chat to ask how to return goods and each reply they gave was not as per their returns policy in their website. The basically avoided telling me how to return anything, there was no address to return to nor anything for returns in the packaged. Such a scam.
I bought Nike Elite Crew socks (style SX7587-017) from this shop a while ago. The price seemed great, but after contacting Nike, I found out the socks are not genuine.
The material composition and packaging differ from the official Nike version.
I only discovered this after the return period had passed, so I couldn’t return them — but I’m posting this review so others can avoid the same mistake.

No item received and it's been over a month. Contacted Customer Service who responds very slowly and gives a standard script (i.e. it is in transit, etc).
4 weeks later, Yodel apparently attempted delivery but not true. We have a Ring doorbell and my husband WFH and no delivery attempt.
On week 6 now, still no item and trying to get my money back.
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!!!!

Scritto più volte dove mi dicevano che avevano molti ordini da evadere,ho chiesto il rimborso e sono spariti!!
Da denuncia!!!
E ad oggi il sito ancora risulta aperto e manda mail con sconti.

Keep away from this store. I ordered Nike bag, and it turned out that they delivered a fake, and ot tore apart in just couple of days. I tried to claim for a refund, but unseccessfully.
Still waiting for my order since 21 January. They guys have stopped responding to my emails and the only response before was that the order is in transit when it is clear that it has never left the shipper's place.
I gave them plenty opportunities to respond and refund me but no reply. Don't trust them!
