Waited two weeks then got a FAKE Nike Elite Hoops bag. Requested refund but nothing happening. Very disappointed teenager. At least they admitted that it is fake!

How to upset a teenage boy!!
Backpack takes two weeks to arrive and then its FAKE
Having read the reviews when got a bit suspicious and saw other peoples experience of long waits for fake products - I also ordered the bag from Nike, which took two days to arrive and was far better quality. Totally different bag tbh
Do not use this site - its a JOKE
Customer service does not respond.

Bad communication, no goods, no refund. Trying to reach them through chat, replying to the confirmation of Order , nothing .
Backpack was ordered 6 weeks ago. Shop is claiming sending the goods but tracking is showing only receiving data , not the package. After 2 months of almost no communication we received info that there were problems at the custom clearance and they were going to ship the new backpack. The new one arrived within 2 weeks.

Same problem with backpack elite nike kay yow edition after 2 weeks fake backpack recived :(.

⁉️‼️‼️‼️

Purchased a Nike Hoops backpack but after waiting nearly 2 weeks for delivery when it was received it was 100% FAKE contacted company for refund but they keep stalling and keep asking for order number and photos etc , all of which have been sent. UPDATE. They have at last issued a full refund

Muchas gracias, volveré a comprar.
