TopCat Window Blinds Avis 

Not a bad experience, but not a great one. Fitter came and measured up on Thursday (4th) and advised they would be out to fit the blinds on Monday (8th). We were quoted a reasonable price. We texted on Monday for an update to ask if someone was still arriving that day as we had never received a time. They confirmed they were still coming to fit the blinds. We then got a call to say that someone would be with us between 4/4.30pm. This time came and went and my partner got a call to let us know that "the blinds hadn't been put in the van and he wouldn't be able to make it today and would come on Tuesday". The door then went just after 6pm and someone was there to fit our blinds. Gave an excuse about a flat tyre and being so busy all day, when we were under the impression no one was coming at all. The fitter then said he didn't have a note of the measurements and ended up taking these from a picture on my partner's phone.

The end result is good and the fitter was in and out quickly, but the manner in which it was dealt with was not professional and there was absolutely no PPE - which is worrying when fitters are going around numerous houses and there was no consideration for anyone's health in the flat.

Overall, the quality, fit and price of the blinds was good but customer service could do with a lot of improvement.

Don't believe in the bad reviews.

Contacted them after-hours and got a reply that evening to arrange measuring the following day.

Turn round time was 3 weeks as they were all custom made Intu blinds.

Blinds fitted and cannot fault the service esp during these government restrictions. Companies still need to operate.

The customer service was awful. They cancelled on us last min because they weren't in the area, they didn't show the second time we rearranged for, saying it was an admin fault and then the third time I was asked if they could come a different day which I couldn't because I was working but I'd told them that twice before. I was asked if he could come earlier than the time id booked (between 2pm and 6pm) so I told them the times I was available in between work and I get a phone call from a guy telling me he was on his way at 1:10pm but it was 20 mins before I was starting a meeting with work which he knew, he told me he wouldn't be able to hang around until I was finished (15 mins in the meeting) but they finish at 6pm and said I was the last client, sounds to me he just wanted an early finish on a Friday

I love this company. That's twice now I've used them and they have been fantastic in putting up my coloured, roller blinds. I had a wee accident and the blinds fell off the wall, but not a big deal, because due to their excellent, 5star, customer services, they are coming out within a day. Now that's what I call customer services. Their prices are so reasonable, so if you're thinking of getting blinds, please go here or you'll be disappointed you did not utilise their company. All I can say is overall, fantastic prices, customer service, high standards and quick to attend to you if you need anything done. Thank you for doing my home, you've got it lovely. Much appreciated. Worst company ever!! Will ripp you off with no contact from the director. Lack of professionlism..no respct!! Dont buy blinds as poor quality. If they break be ready to repair it on your own. They will promise you money back...you ll nevet see them back.
