Scammers. Their business model appears to be selling the same key to more than one person. Also, in the email they sent with my product key, they literally wrote: "Leave a Positive review on Trustpilot to receive a FREE Pro Plus 21 KEY!" So, they're blatantly trying to buy fake reviews.

I bought MS Office Pro Plus 2021 from them ~3 years ago and did nothing until the time came to install Office on a new PC. And that's when I found out that this key was claimed by someone else, a few months after my purchase date.

Beware this is fraud company, selling fake product keys. DO NOT BUY. This company sold a Microsoft office product key to me through Wowcher.Com, but Microsoft didn’t activate as it’s is fake or stolen key. So please don’t buy this company product

Windows 11 Pro Product Key Purchased, 12 months on and after an update to the Motherboard BIOS the Key won't activate Windows 11 and Microsoft say it is pirated and blocked and not genuine and the only recourse is to contact the seller or just buy a new lenience from Microsoft. Well is it worth trying to contact the seller from all the other reviews?

Purchased a Windows 11 key. Activated initially, then on reinstall, it would not activate citing that the key was invalid / not genuine. Nor sure where these keys are sourced from, but clearly Microsoft are not considering them to be legit.

What makes matters worse is that on contacting TopFastKeys support several times via email over the course of 10 days, I have had no response whatsoever. Clearly, I am being ignored.

Invalid license and TopFastKeys refused to help. When I went to use the licence about 8 months after purchase, Microsoft said it had already been used. TopFastKeys refused to help me, unless I could persuade Wowcher to tell them to, but Wowcher refused to touch it as the purchase was more than 6 months old. TopFastKeys then just started ignoring my messages.

Cannot redeem my voucher and no one to talk to! Do not respond to emails.

Avoid avoid avoid - Bought MS Office Professional 2019 but it deactivated just 8 months afterwards and obviously you can't get hold off anyone to help.

Really good value, software works wonderfully really pleased

I was unable to load the licence key - it was rejected as invalid several times. I messaged the company but no reply. Complete waste of money and time.

This company sells you a Microsoft product key which will be blocked by microsoft.
Total scam company. Crooked to the end.

Purchased Microsoft Office Professional Plus and had no issues with purchase. No issues with company, however I did not need to contact them!

I am Having the same issue as everyone else.

You cant call them and leave a message , you cant generate a support ticket as it errors and i have now emailed them several time and have not had any replay.
I purchased my software back in January this year but recently had to re install my PC. Microsoft is now saying that the Key is not Valid.
Is this company scamming people !!

I ordered MS Home and Business 2019 to put on my daughters MAC, to assist with her home learning back on Mya 17th. Since then (today 14th June) I have been trying to obtain assistance. The problem I have, is when trying to install, the License Key I was issued, keeps saying it's already been installed.

I do not know what to do or now how to contact them. They do not respond to the WhatsApp chat I accessed from their website, they do not respond to an enquiry from their website or do they answer their phone.

Very frustrated and all I want to do is give my child access to MS from her MAC.

Not a company I recommend. I would also suggest that Wowcher stop selling the software supplied by Top Fast Keys also. Very disappointed

Absolutely terrible, and more so that Wowcher would do nothing about it either. I ordered Microsoft Office for MAC and was given a PC key code. Three months, I've been trying to get in contact with them for a MAC code. Wowcher cut me off the chat every time I try to contact them as well, and now the status is just showing redeemed. Wish I looked at the reviews before buying.

This company are diabolical. Bought Office licences through Wowcher. Registered them on the website on the 8th of June. Since then remain showing as processing. Have emailed, tried contacting through the web page and now on Whatsapp. No response on any medium. They are a scam!

2 weeks and counting, still waiting for an email with the key to Microsoft Office Professional, my emails and calls go unanswered. Recommend nobody deals with this firm or any of the associates in my case Living Social.

I ordered my MS Office product on 18th May via a Living Social (Wowcher) deal. Nothing received from TFK so far and no response to calls or email. I will request money back from Credit Card if LS refuse to process a refund (as another reviewer has commented).

Great experience. Quick reply and activation of account. Delivered what was expected.

I bought a Wowcher deal for MS Office 2019 on Monday evening and redeemed it but didn't receive a confirmation email or licence code from TopFastKeys. Their website said to contact them if no email was sent immediately, so I sent them a text using their internal message system. The following morning, I had still had no response so tried to phone them. This appeared to go to an answering machine which cut me off mid sentence. I then sent them a WhatsApp message. After getting no response, I looked for TrustPilot reviews for this site and I thought I had been a victim of a scam. I therefore contacted Wowcher to get a refund. After 24 hours Wowcher got back in touch to organise this. However, just as this was happening TopFastKeys sent me an email with the licence key, which I used last night and the MS Office 2019 suite is now downloaded and working.

Overall summary is to bear with TopFastKeys and give them a few days before looking for a refund. Wowcher should get a mention, as they were very good at dealing with this. As for TopFastKeys themselves, I would suggest the following:

1 - change the wording on your website to say an email will be sent out in the next few days
2 - sort out your answering machine, so people can actually leave a message
3 - respond to text and WhatsApp messages, to allay any concerns that customers may have

Brought a Wowcher deal and redeemed but didn't receive any confirmation email or licence code at first. After reading some TrustPilot reviews for this site I thought I had been scammed. I contacted support through both chat and WhatsApp and received no response. Waited a couple of days and had resolved to start a refund process with Wowcher if I received nothing after any more time. After 3 days the code was sent. The company doesn't really deserve 5 stars, the price was 5 star, the service 2 star at best, but at least it isn't a scam.
