Product key arrived via email 3 days after purchase and is working. Not a scam (in my case at least) just feels like it at first due to zero communication.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Disgraceful service. Ordered Microsoft Office which I was informed I would get my code immediately and I am currently on day 4 of trying to receive it with no luck. Would never use this company nor would my business or friends.

Purchased redeemable voucher from Wowcher, and ordered Microsoft Office 2019 on TopFastKeys website on Sunday. On order, there was no details provided of the license key or even confirmation it would take a few days. I didnt know what to expect or when!?

I checked a few reviews, and came to the conclusion I may have been scammed. However, after reading one positive review, I decided to give it a few days and today the key has arrived to my email (to my junk folder) and is working.

Communication from TopFastKeys has been non-existent even after I contacted them (whilst waiting) via WhatsApp - no response whatsoever.

It is not a scam, just requires correct entry of email address and patience. 3-4 days later I have received my license key. So poor communication aside, im a happy customer.

I would purchase from them again, as the price was excellent, albeit with the understanding that there is no communication from TopFastKeys.

At first i thought i got scammed after reading the reviews after my purchase but the key was sent the next day around the same time of the purchase.

This is a scam. They do not send the product key, and are not contactable.

Wowcher should not be promoting a company operating fraudulently.

I have also reported to Trading Standards.

No product key, no answer!

I purchased a Windows license on Saturday morning and have still not received the license key.
I sent a message to the WhatsApp group and have received not reply

Like most reviews, I found an great offer on Wowcher for MS Office. Order number from Wowcher submitted on the TFK website Saturday afternoon. The key was received via email Monday afternoon and successfully activated my copy of MS Office. If you have submitted your order to TFK at the weekend I would encourage you to remain patient as my key was received on the Monday.

Purchased the one of the Microsoft packages through Wowcher. No product key received and no response from Top Fast Keys either. I am waiting for a response from Wowcher but I am not holding out much hope with that so I will go through my bank to get the money back.
Avoid these scammers at all costs!

I have now received a refund from Wowcher! This was hounding them through messenger every day and emailing the CEO. I have never heard back from TFK. I hope everyone who has been and continue to be scammed by TFK get their money back ASAP.

No code, no support. Guess I'll get my credit card company to refund

Purchased a voucher from Wowcher to buy MS Office through Topfastkeys. Believing wowcher to be reputable, I decided this was the best way forward to get a legal copy of MS Office. Redeemed the voucher at topfastkeys, and they provided no licence code at all. None on the spot (claiming they provide instant availability), none via email, and absolutely no response from their customer service after 5 working days.

Still no licence code.

Contacted Wowcher, but because the voucher code is redeemed they ‘can’t do anything’ without topfastkeys processing a refund.

Essentially, payment has been made, and nothing delivered. Avoid topfastkeys for being fraudulent, avoid Wowcher for partnering with a fraudulent company and then doing nothing about it. If you love paying out money for no return, then I can highly recommend them!

I have tried to contact topfastkeys through their Web submission form and through WhatsApp. No response through either. I seem to be like the many that have bought a wowcher deal and when I redeem it topfastkeys don't provide me with a code to download the office package. I would avoid this at all costs!

Wowcher should do something about it

I redeemed my wowcher voucher on 13 May 2022 (TopFastKeys Order No. 190026) for Microsoft Office Home and Business 2019 License Key For MAC Only – 1 PC × 1.
No license key received. I have sent several messages via Whatsapp, tried calling, just goes to what sounds like a fax. Just tried contacting Wowcher which is an autobot so totally useless.
I am very disappointed Wowcher would be involved with a Scam. Please restore my faith in wowcher and TFKs and sort out my license key for me ASAP.

UPDATE:
I have reported this via PayPal and asking for my money back.

Further Update:
I received a response from WOWcher to my Whatsapp message, maybe because PayPal raised a case with Wowcher. Anyway, cut a long story short, I already have confirmation of my refund from WOWcher so 5 STARS for Wowcher and 0 Stars for TopFastKeys.

Hard to deal with. TopFastKeys. After getting noting, I have found out you need to refre4sh the confirmation page to show your Key.

Just received the key via email and has downloaded/ seems to be working fine
Annoying they don’t reply to emails etc. and did take longer that expected to get the code to download as is a huge saving with the wowcher voucher

As many of the other reviewers i purchased the microsoft office voucher from wowcher and have redeemed then not recieved any code- nobody replies to phone, email, contact form or whatsapp so obiously a scam. Has anyone managed to get a refund from wowcher?

Absolute SCAM AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Bought a Microsoft Office Key through Wowcher, they gave me a code to redeem it on TopFastKeys.com. Redeemed the code which was meant to be instant and am still yet to receive it over 24 hours later.

Attempted to contact their customer support team, no response via email, no response via whatsapp, no response via telephone. (Straight to voicemail.)

Absolute and complete utter scam, wouldn't be surprised if all the good reviews were written by fake accounts. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I have tried to download my product via Wowcher and it did not work. I got my money refunded as credit and I found another deal with Wowcher where the merchant was NERDUSED rather than TOPFASTKEYS - however, Nerdused IS TOPFASTKEYS!
I still have no code and am unable to download Microsoft 365 professional.
No contact/support from them either, shocking daylight robbery.

I’m still waiting for my license key? I’ve emailed and what’s apples but I have had no response?
This is not good as I’ve bought this on woucher and never had issues with other companies through woucher!
Please can someone get back to me ASAP or refund me!?!
