TopFastKeys Avis 

I bought microsoft office through wowcher app, redeemed voucher on topfast keys but it was not compatible with my chromebook. I tried getting a refund so i contacted topfast keys but no response and also tried watsapp. I would not recommend them at all very poor service!

I ordered a office 2021 key via wowcher. I followed the instructions but did not work. Took a while to find out the only support that works is Watsapp to reach topfastkeys.
Over 3 days managed to get my issue resolved and software successfully installed. Quite involved but the software was cheap and I knew the reviews were mixed.

I am so happy to be able to provide a positive review for TopFastKeys. I have just completed the purchase and download of their Microsoft Office software on to my Mac.
The process was smooth and trouble free.

I ordered Office Pro 2021 from Topfastkeys from an offer found on Wowcher - of all places! - and although was initially sceptical took the plunge and was delighted! I was really impressed by how quickly the license key came through and how easy it was to install. The Office Pro 2021 package was a bargain and I would definitely reccommend them and use again in future.

I purchased Microsoft Office Home and Business 2021 for Mac on wowcher. But when I redeemed the code Microsoft informed me that the code was for a PC and told me my Mac was not compatible. I chased with TopFastKeys initially per wowcher policy. When they didn’t respond within 72 hours chased up with wowcher. Wowcher also had a policy where they had to wait 72 hours for the merchant to respond to them. It has being 10 days and I am yet to have a resolution from TopFastKeys or wowcher.

Update: Decided to chase again on whatsapp after reading other peoples reviews. So after 10 days of zero communication from the merchant they finally responded and sent a new product key that seems to be correct but won't now for sue util the product downloads.

Was good once I received the correct activation key, before that was a mess of setting accounts up

I used What's App to communicate with TopFastKeys for customers service, I was sending loads of message and concerns they were going no where, but that was not the case, some one called Noah came to my rescue and answer all my concerns!
A problem I was having for a week (via a 3rd part - Living Social who sell on behalf of TopFastKeys), Noah solved, I couldn't believe it, I had been tearing my hear out with Living Social, I cannot thank Noah enough you are a real asset to TopFastkeys.

Customer service was very good once I got through to them. The original software purchase did not download and I had to dispute the charge to get a response. Once they responded, they solved the problem and I got the purchased software.

Worked perfectly... saved loads of money

I ordered office pro 2021. The product key came through immediately and set up very easily with no problems through Microsoft website.

I bought a Wowcher code for Office 2019. The whole process was good and the whole procedure through TopFastKeys was first class. Very impressed

Reliable service and the Product Key always works!

Purchased Office Pro Plus 2021 from this retailer. As promised, the download link and key arrived very quickly and the installation was straight forward.
Would use again in the future

I ordered my Office Pro Plus 2021 product on the 24th and received my key about 30 minutes later. There did seem to be some site issues, glitches and bugs, but I persisted and it worked out! I installed it on my PC and it works fine. I was expecting maybe something fishy was going on but not the case for me. I guess maybe the site was overwhelmed. Anyway, I hope everyone gets their product!

I rated 3 stars only due to the very poor customer service. I received the licence key email more than 24h from the purchase - no way “immediately” as they advertise it - and after several unanswered whatsapp messages, when I threatened to report to the relevant ombudsman - then they processed quickly.
Shame - as the licence works, so all legit. They do their own damage through this poor customer service.

I've purchased an Office 2021 code from Wowcher and I haven't received the activation key from Topfastkeys either. What is going on?? Can someone please give an update to your customers? People will lose faith in your product and services - Wowcher AND Topfastkeys !! Thanks.

I haven’t received my product key either…. My order number is 150431. I bought the Office Professional Plus 2019 licence key for Windows. Like majority I got it through wowcher. It’s upsetting how I contemplated for hours whether I should buy the wowcher or not. And when I do I waited 2 hours with no reply from customer service or TopFastKeys. This is stressful when you don’t hear anything back or aren’t updated.

Edit: changed stars from 1 to 3. I did receive the right product after receiving a reply from TFK on this platform. The wait without any communication was stressful.

topfastkeys website won't work
I like so many others ordered Microsoft Office through Wowcher. The website won't open so can't input code. Wowcher what are you doing offering this companies products that simply don't work. I want my money back or that as a company you start to behave responsibly.
