I placed an order on 27th Jan for Microsoft office 2019 and received a confirmation email along with what looks like an official license key. I went on the Microsoft website to install on my pc but when inputting the product/license code it states it’s not valid. Raised to topfastkeys on their website and emailed their support mail address I see they have replied on this forum with. Still waiting to hear back. If I receive a response and this is rectified I will share accordingly however if not I will look to take this further

bought and promised key within 3 hours, it actually came the next day. just change the wording to say you will receive your key within 24 hours... simple as that!

Ordered via wowcher. Initially couldn't even check out as error bad gateway kept coming up. Tried again a day later and it allowed me to check out but never received any download or email confirmation. Have emailed and whatsapped several times and had no reply, wowcher have also contacted them and had no reply. Absolute scam, its been over a week now. Would not recommend as their customer service is diabolical.

Ordered product on line and for a couple of hours I thought there was an issue with the purchase. However later checked my junk e mail and there was the e mail with my licence code in it. All downloaded with no issues. Great product at fraction of cost you would pay elsewhere. It may take a couple of hours to get your licence code but that is explained somewhere in the advert. Don't forget to check your junk folder as your product code may be in there.

Ordered Office Home & Student 2016 via a Wowcher deal on 21st January and have heard nothing from TopFastKeys since. Total scam, avoid like the plague!!

I'm still waiting for my Key Code to download my software. Order No. 113982 purchased through Wowcher. Your website states "instantly" but it has been over 3.5 hours now. I'm extremely disappointed with your service.

Still waiting for my Keycode despite receiving a message from Trustpilot telling me that they have received a message from TopFastKeys saying that they have sent an email with the Keycode. I've checked my Junk Mail and all "In Boxes" and performing a search for emails from TopFastKeys but still NOTHING! All I want is what I've paid for. PLEASE.
UPDATE: 0800 hrs. Monday 31st Jan 22.
If I had received the Keycode I wouldn't keep requesting it, wasting my time and yours. I have emailed you as well as WhatsApp messages and have not received a response other than via Trustpilot. Please send my Keycode. I'll try phoning later today.

I truly believe that Topfastkeys have been inundated. I purchased an office product about 3 hours ago and the product code has just come through in an email to me. All working fine now. I say to those who have not received their codes is to email their customer service and get them to resolve your issue.

i placed my order and never recieved the licence code.. order number 113990 it said instant on the website, but it definitely isnt, i hope i get my code

Bought Microsoft Office Pro licence code via Wowcher, place order for the activation but nothing yet the order number is 113912. It was said I would receive the order by email immediately.

Purchased Office 2019 via Wowcher and no issues whatsoever. Got sent my license code, downloaded the installer file from Microsoft, entered the code and all registered fine.
