Please AVOID this company if you are expecting to get what you order! They are helpful with tracking once you have ordered, but when things go wrong, they are totally unhelpful!! I ordered a purse that was pictured on their website which was also listed as leather. When the purse was received it was terrible quality. Strong smell of plastic, and totally different inside. After reaching out to the company, the answer was I got what I ordered, and was told for a higher amount I could have ordered one in leather. This is totally misleading to the buyer, as you are not given the option when ordering. (You buy what you see) So how can this be right or legal what they are doing!! I have opened a dispute through PayPal who aren't much better! The company offered me a 50% refund if I agreed to get the negative review removed which is a form of blackmail. I informed them that I would not agree, or the other alternative was for me to destroy the purse and send them the evidence,
So that would be no refund and no purse!! I have now received an email from PayPal stating that in order for me to get my refund, I have to return the purse to China and upload the tracking! I just wonder why I should be expected to be responsible for the return postage when it's the company's fault for sending the wrong item!! So I'll cut to the chase, it looks like I have to swallow losing my money! Which incidentally according to this company is a small amount. I have asked them if they are aware of our cost of living crisis here in the UK, and that it maybe a small amount to them, but every penny matters at the moment. So when we can afford a little treat now and then, we expect to receive what we order!!

"Plastic Leather"!!!

I ordered from this company sometime back, and although had a long wait the bag arrived and I was very happy with the quality, although, for the price knew it wasn't going to be leather! I was happy to ignore the fact that it was stated as real leather as I had been wanting this bag for sometime. Now we go to a couple of months later. I ordered a purse advertised as leather, and was brown on the interior with LV interior zip order arrived after about 5 weeks, well , what a disappointment, firstly the over whelming smell of plastic hit me like a ton of bricks, absolutely over baring smell like chemicals! The interior was black with the gold writing all smudged and un-readable, all the compartments moving around, and a small cheap zip! Don't get me wrong, I didn't pay a huge amount for it but you do expect to get what you paid for as per their pictures! I reached out to the company, and it seems they have an answer to everything! I stated that the purse was significantly different to what I ordered, and even the item number on the box was totally different to what is stated on their website! I was told that their goods can differ slightly, but come on, slightly!! Joke, the purse is totally different!! So cut to the chase, they are totally unhelpful when it comes to wanting your money back, want to offer silly discounts off of future purchases! I have opened a dispute with PayPal to try to get my money back, and will also be reporting them to trading standards as they are stating goods are leather, when they are in fact cheap chemical plastic!! So be warned you may not get what you order! And if that doesn't upset you, the FUMES will!!

Terrible experience. Item sold as genuine leather was PU.

Terrible experience, wish I could score 0. Ordered brown leather belt with tan reverse. Prior to placing order I checked with seller that item was genuine leather. Belt received was brown PU black reverse. Similar design, wrong colour, wrong material. Sellers' resolution was to burn the belt to confirm if leather or PU, and send photographs. I was sceptical. No belt, (or purposely damaged belt) no refund I thought. I voiced my concerns to seller and also asked why wrong colour sent. Seller insisted they only supply my design of belt in leather and yet I have transcript from our initial chat where I was offered pu or leather. I requested item as ordered be resent, i.e. leather product. Seller said this was not possible as only one material used. Seller finally admitted mistake and offered 50% refund but asked that I did not leave negative review. I declined. I was then offered full refund but only after I cut belt in two and send photographs. Again, I was sceptical. Meanwhile seller had deleted his chat comments in which he admitted mistakes had been made with my order. Fortunately I was saving the transcript as we chatted so still have full copy with all sellers comments.

The seller didn't like the challenge about the wrong/inferior goods sent and accused me of being a scammer.

This is an unscrupulous dealer charging leather prices for PU replica goods.

In response to Topmerca comments: The item ordered was NOT sent. I ordered brown leather with tan reverse. Belt in PU with black reverse received. A genuine dealer would not delete chat comments in which there was admission of wrong item being sent. Or delete comment stating only one material available? Both images of PU and genuine leather belts are exactly the same? If the item ordered was sent, why is mine black, shiny and looks/ smells of plastic? I declined to keep the PU belt at 50% of price paid as it is wrong material and colour? After all the unscrupulous actions, I was not prepared to risk purposely damaging a belt and trusting in the seller to refund?

Once it was realised that an incorrect item had been sent, any reputable dealer would have apologised, organised a courier to deliver replacement and collect incorrect item.

We first ship the product you requested. However, in order not to conflict, we decided to offer you a 100% refund as long as you send us the photos of the destroyed belt. Why did we send leather and you say it's not just because you wanted to keep the belt and pay nothing.

Then we told him that if you wants to keep the belt we would give 50% and you did not accept either. Therefore, we had already given you a reasonable solution and it is not our fault that you did not accept and then post this totally irrational comment.

Mala calidad del producto

La primera experiencia con ellos fue buena el pedido llegó a tiempo y la calidad era decente.
Sin embargo en la segunda entrega ha sido un auténtico desastre primero mi pedido llegó dos meses tarde y el reembolso que me dijeron finalmente es para futuras compras algo que obviamente no va a suceder.
La calidad de los productos es auténticamente miserable estafada es la palabra que habría que utilizar.

No le doy un cinco solo por una razon, si te envian una talla y no es la tuya, perquè el fabricante hace tu talla mas pequeña, aun siendo la tuya, pues no puedes devolver el articulo, asi que hay que tenerlo en cta, por lo demas el genero es de buena calidad y el servicio de telegram impecable.
