Heather Yunger didn't take a typical path into the culinary world, it came mostly out of a crazy (but effective) superstition. A superstition for her beloved Boston Bruins meant bringing her signature cookie, Black & Golds, for every home game.

Yum!
I await your cookies with high expectations and am never disappointed. Receiving them is fun; eating them is delicious. Sometimes I get a pleasant surprise. Chocolate is always welcome, but your novel recipes of other flavors too are delightful. Thank you.

I had my order shipped
I had my order shipped. The post office shoved the box in my mailbox; it was a very tight fit and crumpled the box. There was no indicator on the box that it came from a bakery & had no “fragile handle with care” on it. This may be helpful for future shipped orders. Of the four flavors I ordered, only one was chewy & fresh tasting (yum to the chocolate mint!) The other three flavors were hard but still tasted good. I would be hesitant to do a mail order in the future.

Cookie of the month. Do it!
We participate in Cookie of the Month and a year long gift from Santa. The kids love getting their “Santa” cookies every month. Top Shelf has been an amazing company! They are prompt with responses, have corrected a mailing mishap (not their error), and have been above generous. Above all, their cookies are AMAZING!!!!

Great Customer Service in delaying shipping
Great Customer Service! Almost better than the cookies, if you can believe that. I placed an order to send to a family member in Alabama - then found out they were leaving for vacation a day earlier than anticipated. I sent an email in asking to delay shipping until everyone came home. Fast response, not a problem and my brother came home to his new 2nd favorite cookies - the Boston Banana Rum. First favorite is still the ones I sent him made with Winter Warmer.
