Your order was dispatched on time from our side, and we use established courier services, including Team Global Express, which is a well-known carrier. Once the parcel leaves our facility, delivery is managed by the courier network, and unfortunately delays or service issues can occasionally occur outside of our direct control.

Easy to Order….
It was easy to find the router I wanted listed on the website and go through the order process. The item was packaged well with efficient delivery even with Christmas coming up in a few days time.

The delivery was excellent
The delivery was excellent. The software is very limited in its application. My purpose for the interactive screen was to enlarge pictures for craft application from what I have encountered the installation of software to meet the objective is not compatible. Also, once I have the screen at the size required there is no way to lock it for use.

Great Price and Excellent Service
This has been one of the best tech buying experiences I've ever had. Usually the tech sellers in Australia are pretty much the same price for any particular item, if one discounts, the others quickly follow and as we all know there is little margin in tech so discounts are generally small for anything that's worth buying. Toptek were 10% cheaper than all the other retailers "discount" price on an item that I have been thinking about buying for a while. The total cost of 2 items was almost $5k so the 10% discount was very meaningful. Quick and clear communication and a very fast dispatch were really the cream on top for this purchase. I will be buying from them again and would certainly recommend that everyone keeps them in mind when researching any major purchases.

Overall the experience was good and product very competitively priced. Appreciated talking to the rep via phone. The only issue was the delivery.....was supposed to post to home address but they didn't and had to carry it myself from the local Post Office.
